The Penguins never trailed in the game as they clinched a playoff spot. Skinner has been inconsistent at best since the Olympic break while working in a timeshare with the Arturs Silovs, and the former is running out of time to make a clear case to be the team's No. 1 in the postseason. Over his last 12 outings, Skinner has gone 4-4-4 with a 3.18 GAA and .885 save percentage.

Hall tallied a goal, distributed an assist and put two shots on net in Thursday's 7-2 win over the Blackhawks.

Hall picked up the primary helper on Logan Stankoven's second goal of the game before finding the back of the net himself near the midway point of the third period. Overall, the 34-year-old Hall has 18 goals, 30 assists, 136 shots on net, 53 hits and 30 blocked shots across 79 games this season. Hall has been on a tear during his five-game point streak with three goals and eight points. He's an excellent waiver-wire addition in most fantasy formats for the remainder of the regular season.

DeBrincat scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 6-3 win over Philadelphia.

The 28-year-old winger opened the scoring early in the first period, as he flipped a nifty backhand past Dan Vladar on the short side from in close with his back to the netminder. The goal was the 40th of the season for DeBrincat, marking the third time in his career he's reached that milestone, and making him the first Detroit player to score 40 since Marian Hossa in 2008-09. Over his last 20 games, DeBrincat has racked up 10 goals and 26 points.

Kane scored an even-strength goal and added two power-play assists in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flyers.

The 37-year-old winger has turned back to the clock over the last couple weeks. Kane has produced five multi-point performances in the last eight games, racking up four goals and 14 points over that stretch, and with three games left on the regular-season schedule for Detroit, he's four points short of his first 60-point campaign since 2021-22. He also needs just one more point to become the first American-born player in NHL history with 1,400.

Seider scored a power-play goal and added four assists, two with the man advantage, in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flyers.

The five points were a career high for Seider, and the performance got him to the 10-goal and 60-point plateaus on the season for the first time. The 25-year-old blueliner is surging to close out the regular season, and over the last 16 games he's collected three goals and 19 points with 48 shots on net, 34 blocked shots, 23 hits, 12 PIM and a plus-5 rating, with nine of those points (two goals, seven assists) coming on the power play.

Larkin scored three goals -- one on the power play, one shorthanded, and one at even strength -- while adding a power-play assist in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flyers.

The shortie wound up being the game-winner, as it gave Detroit a 4-1 lead early in the second period and chased Dan Vladar from the crease. It was Larkin's third career hat trick, and in nine games since returning in late March from a leg injury he's produced six goals and 10 points as the Red Wings try to get back in the playoff picture.

Talbot turned aside 11 of 12 shots after replacing John Gibson (neck) midway through the second period of Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flyers.

The win went on Gibson's ledger, but Talbot was solid as he protected the lead down the stretch. Talbot is still looking for his first victory since March 2, but if Gibson misses any further time, Talbot's chance could come over the Red Wings' final three contests of the regular season. Since his last win, Talbot's gone 0-1-1 in six appearances with a 3.28 GAA and .865 save percentage.

Martone scored a power-play goal and added an even-strength assist in Thursday's 6-3 loss to Detroit.

The 19-year-old rookie got onto the scoresheet in a third straight game as he makes a late impact for the Flyers in his first taste of NHL action. Martone, the sixth overall pick in 2025, has two goals and six points in six games since his season with Michigan State University ended, with both tallies coming on the power play.

Ersson stopped 12 of 14 shots after replacing Dan Vladar early in the second period of Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Red Wings.

With the Flyers trying to hang onto a playoff spot, Ersson is making a push to replace Vladar at the top of the depth chart. Over eight outings since the Olympic break, Ersson has gone 5-1-0 with a sparkling 1.99 GAA and .908 save percentage.

Vladar gave up four goals on eight shots before being replaced by Samuel Ersson early in the second period of Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Red Wings.

Three goals in the first five minutes of the second frame chased Vladar from the crease and handed the Flyers a very untimely loss. Philly is hanging onto third place in the Metro Division, but the Islanders, Blue Jackets and Capitals are all still within three points, with three games to play. Vladar may be fading late under the biggest workload of his career, as Thursday's start was his 50th outing of the season -- 20 more than he saw with Calgary in 2024-25. Over his last seven starts, the 28-year-old netminder has a 4-3-0 record with a 2.83 GAA and .875 save percentage.
