  • Seth Jones D | FLA

Panthers' Seth Jones: Making return Tuesday

Jones (upper body) was activated from long-term injured reserve and will play in Tuesday's road game against the Canucks, per Panthers play-by-play announcer Steve Goldstein.

Jones is set to make his long-awaited return to the lineup after sustaining his upper-body injury during the Winter Classic on Jan. 2. Before going down, the 31-year-old blueliner had 24 points, 78 shots on net, 38 hits and 47 blocked shots across 40 games this season. He'll likely return to one of Florida's top two defensive pairings and work his way back into a sizable role for the remainder of the regular season. If not already rostered, Jones is a strong waiver-wire pickup in nearly all fantasy formats.

  • Sam Bennett C | FLA

Panthers' Sam Bennett: Ready to rock

Bennett (undisclosed) will return to the lineup against Vancouver on Tuesday, according to Panthers play-by-play announcer Steve Goldstein.

After sitting out Sunday's 6-2 loss to Seattle, Bennett should occupy a top-six role against the Canucks on Tuesday. He has registered 24 goals, 50 points, 170 shots on net and 109 hits across 65 appearances this season. With Bennet and Nolan Foote set to play, Evan Rodrigues and Eetu Luostarinen will be scratches against Vancouver on Tuesday.

  • Sharks' Alexander Wennberg: Status unclear in Edmonton

Wennberg (upper body) status for Tuesday's game in Edmonton has yet to be determined, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Head coach Ryan Warsofsky stated Sunday that Wennberg had no timeline for a return to the lineup, but the 31-year-old forward skated on the second line and with the No. 1 power-play unit at Tuesday's morning skate, so his injury clearly isn't a huge concern. At this point, though, he should be considered a game-time decision for Tuesday's road divisional matchup.

  • Alex Tuch RW | BUF

Sabres' Alex Tuch: Slated to be GTD

Tuch is expected to be a game-time decision for Tuesday's matchup in Vegas due to an illness, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports.

If Tuch is unable to play Tuesday, Tyson Kozak, who has missed the last six games as a result of an undisclosed injury, will slot back into the lineup. Josh Doan would also most likely move up to the top six on the right side if Tuch is sidelined in Vegas.

  • Tyson Kozak C | BUF

Sabres' Tyson Kozak: Available to play

Kozak (undisclosed) will be an option to play against Vegas on Tuesday, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports.

Following a six-game absence due to an injury, Kozak could occupy a fourth-line role against the Golden Knights if Alex Tuch (illness) is unavailable to play. The 23-year-old Kozak has two goals, four points, 26 shots on net, 33 blocked shots and 98 hits across 39 appearances this season.

  • Brad Marchand LW | FLA

Panthers' Brad Marchand: Listed on injured reserve

Marchand landed on injured reserve Tuesday, per the NHL media site.

Marchand has missed the last three games and is not expected to be back in the lineup anytime soon. Considering the Panthers are all but eliminated from postseason contention, it would not be surprising to see Marchand shut down for the remainder of the year after multiple deep playoff runs and injuries along the way.

  • Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Out for remainder of regular season

Draisaitl (lower body) will miss the remainder of the 2025-26 regular season, the team announced Tuesday.

Draisaitl sustained the injury in Sunday's 3-1 win over Nashville. He will conclude the regular season with 35 goals, 97 points and 186 shots on net in 65 appearances. Assuming Edmonton secures a playoff berth, it's unclear when the 30-year-old forward will be available to return to the lineup. Jason Dickinson and Josh Samanski could see increased roles in the team's middle six during Draisaitl's absence.

  • Sabres' Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen: Getting start in Vegas on Tuesday

Luukkonen will occupy the road net Tuesday against the Golden Knights, according to Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News.

Luukkonen and Alex Lyon have been alternating starts since the Olympic break, a trend that will continue Tuesday in Vegas. Aside from letting in seven goals in a frenetic matchup against Tampa on March 8, Luukkonen is 4-1-0 and has allowed two goals or less in four of his five starts since the Olympic break. The Golden Knights have scored a total of 10 goals in back-to-back wins over the Penguins and Blackhawks following a three-game losing streak.

  • Adin Hill G | LV

Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Tending twine Tuesday

Hill will protect the home net against Buffalo on Tuesday, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports.

Hill will make his fifth straight start after winning his last two outings. He is coming off a 21-save performance in Saturday's 4-0 shutout win over Chicago. Hill has gone 8-6-3 this campaign with a 3.05 GAA and an .871 save percentage across 19 appearances. Buffalo is tied for sixth in the league with 3.45 goals per game this season.

  • Ross Johnston LW | ANA

Ducks' Ross Johnston: Dealing with injury

Johnston (lower body) didn't participate in Tuesday's practice, per Zach Cavanagh of The Sporting Tribune.

Johnston has missed the last three games due to the injury, and he could sit out another contest against Philadelphia on Wednesday. He has contributed three goals, 14 points, 33 shots on net, 192 hits and 107 PIM in 62 appearances this season.
