  • Sebastian Aho LW | CAR

Hurricanes' Sebastian Aho: Four-game assist streak

Aho had two assists Thursday in a 5-1 win over Columbus.

The first helper came shorthanded. The second was on the power play, which was Aho's 400th NHL assist. He is on a four-game, five-assist streak (eight shots), and his 77 points (25 goals, 52 assists) in 75 games put him on course for his fourth 80-plus point season.

  • Capitals' Pierre-Luc Dubois: Picks up pair of points

Dubois tallied a power-play goal, distributed an assist and put four shots on net in Thursday's 7-3 loss to New Jersey.

Dubois followed up his four-point night from Tuesday with another pair of points. He tied the game at two goals apiece with his power-play twine finder midway through the first period before recording the secondary helper on Tom Wilson's tally in the third. Overall, Dubois now has five goals, 10 assists, 37 shots on net, 21 hits and 12 blocked shots across 24 games this season. Since returning to action prior to the Olympic break, the 27-year-old center has brought stability to the Capitals' offense and has provided two-way value from his role as a middle-six center. With six points in his last two games, he holds solid streaming value in various fantasy league formats moving forward.

  • Hurricanes' Frederik Andersen: First win in last three starts

Andersen made nine saves in a 5-1 win over the Blue Jackets on Thursday.

Yes, you read that right -- nine shots. The only goal that Andersen conceded came off a rebound in a goal-mouth scramble in the second period. He has been alternating starts with Brandon Bussi, but he had lost his previous two starts, both of which came against Montreal. The Canes' tight system doesn't allow many shots. That's great for the goalies, but it puts pressure on fantasy managers who count anything other than wins. Andersen has a 3.09 GAA and .871 save percentage in 32 starts (14-13-5). Those stats are well below this season's league-wide averages of 2.87 and .896.

  • Tom Wilson RW | WAS

Capitals' Tom Wilson: Records two points Thursday

Wilson scored a goal, registered an assist and placed three shots on net in Thursday's 7-3 loss to New Jersey.

With his twine finder, Wilson is up to 28 goals, 56 points, 143 shots on net, 170 hits and 49 blocked shots through 66 games this season. The 32-year-old winger now has three goals over his last two games and is just two tallies away from reaching the 30-goal mark for the second time in his 13-year NHL career. He holds solid all-around value for the remainder of the fantasy playoffs.

Canadiens' Nick Suzuki: Adds two more helpers Thursday

Suzuki logged two assists and went plus-2 in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.

Suzuki has three goals and five assists during a four-game point streak. The 26-year-old center has approached superstar status this season with a career-high 94 points, including 67 helpers and a plus-36 rating over 75 appearances. He's added 170 shots on net, 59 blocked shots, 58 hits and 28 PIM, providing some decent category coverage in addition to his superb offense.

  • Cole Hutson D | WAS

Capitals' Cole Hutson: Lights lamp in loss

Hutson tallied a goal and fired seven shots on net in Thursday's 7-3 loss to New Jersey.

Hutson tallied his first goal since his NHL debut to put the Capitals on the board Thursday. Overall, the 19-year-old rising star is up to two goals, six points, 15 shots on net and nine hits across eight games this season. He took a big step forward in Thursday's contest, nearly doubling his career total for shots on net. Hutson remains a must-roster player in all dynasty-based fantasy formats and he also provides solid streaming value in leagues that value offensive contributions more than category coverage.

  • Avery Hayes RW | PIT

Penguins' Avery Hayes: Sent back down

Hayes was reassigned to AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Thursday, Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports reports.

Hayes has been shuffling between levels a bit late in the season. The Penguins' forward group is mostly healthy now, so Hayes may not get another opportunity to play with the big club during the regular season, but he'll see plenty of ice time in the AHL.

  • Devils' Nico Hischier: Adds pair of helpers in win

Hischier supplied two assists and had two PIM in Thursday's 7-3 win over the Capitals.

Hischier recorded a secondary helper on Dawson Mercer's goal in the opening period before later sliding the primary pass on Jesper Bratt's power-play tally in the third. With the pair of helpers, Hischier is up to 35 assists, 61 points, 194 shots on net, 55 hits and 61 blocked shots through 75 games this season. The 27-year-old center has been rolling during a six-game point streak with seven assists and nine points. Since March 4, he has 18 points and solid category-coverage stats, making Hischier an excellent option for the remainder of the fantasy playoffs.

  • Hurricanes' Logan Stankoven: Tickles twine twice

Stankoven scored twice Thursday in a 5-1 win over Columbus.

Stankoven scored both in a 6:25 span in the first period to put the game out of reach for the Blue Jackets. He has three goals on six shots in his last two games, giving him 17 tallies and 36 points through 75 contests on the season. He has 11 points, including seven goals, in his last 24 games. He's plus-12 this season after struggling with a minus-3 rating in 19 games after his trade from Dallas last year.

  • Devils' Dougie Hamilton: Deposits goal Thursday

Hamilton scored a goal and placed four shots on net in Thursday's 7-3 win over Washington.

Hamilton turned the tide in Thursday's game with his goal late in the first period to put New Jersey up 3-2. With the twine finder, he is up to 12 goals, 34 points, 187 shots on net, 83 hits and 74 blocked shots across 70 games this season. Hamilton has been a strong source of secondary offense for New Jersey since the Olympic break with five goals and 13 points over his last 16 games. He's maintained high-level category coverage during that span and should continue to provide strong fantasy value for the remainder of the regular season.
