  • Danil Gushchin RW | COL

Avalanche's Danil Gushchin: Stays hot Wednesday

Gushchin scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Colorado's 5-2 win over Bakersfield on Wednesday.

Gushchin has eight points over his last four contests, rebounding nicely after a quiet start to March. The winger is up to 18 goals, 31 points and a plus-8 rating over 45 appearances this season. Gushchin's offense has been down a bit, but he's still an effective AHL scorer despite the drop.

  • Ivan Ivan C | COL

Avalanche's Ivan Ivan: Three-point game Wednesday

Ivan scored twice and added an assist in AHL Colorado's 5-2 win over Bakersfield on Wednesday.

Ivan is up to nine goals and 23 points through 59 appearances. He's earned four points over his last two outings. As long as the Avalanche stay relatively healthy late in the season, Ivan is likely to stay in the AHL to close out 2025-26.

  • Red Wings' Eduards Tralmaks: Picks up three points in AHL win

Tralmaks scored twice and added an assist in AHL Grand Rapids' 5-0 win over Rockford on Wednesday.

Tralmaks has produced 24 goals and 12 assists over 58 appearances in a bit of a breakout year with the Griffins. The Latvian forward has yet to make his NHL debut, and it's been tough to separate himself from the rest of Grand Rapids' strong forward group this year. He has six points over his last three contests.

  • Red Wings' Michal Postava: Bags shutout Wednesday

Postava posted an 18-save shutout in AHL Grand Rapids' 5-0 win over Rockford on Wednesday.

Postava earned his third shutout of the campaign. He's up to 14-6-0 with a 1.77 GAA and a .935 save percentage, showing that he can keep pace with prospect goalie Sebastian Cossa. Postava was recently with the Red Wings as a backup while Cam Talbot (undisclosed) was ailing, but Postava still has some developing to do before challenging for an NHL job.

  • Panthers' Sandis Vilmanis: Logs three points for Checkers

Vilmanis scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Charlotte's 5-3 win over Rochester on Wednesday.

Vilmanis had gone eight games without a goal. He has a goal and seven assists over his last seven outings. For the season, the Latvian forward is up to 12 goals, 30 points and a plus-15 rating over 42 appearances in his second AHL campaign, though he's also earned five points in 19 NHL contests.

  • Panthers' Donovan Sebrango: Slated to play Thursday

Sebrango (undisclosed) is expected to be in the lineup Thursday versus the Bruins, George Richards of Florida Hockey Now reports.

Sebrango was facing an injury concern, but he checked out fine after the contest and shouldn't miss time. The 24-year-old will likely get to continue seeing top-four minutes because Aaron Ekblad (hand) and Dmitry Kulikov (head) won't play in Thursday's matchup. Sebrango has two assists over his last six games but has yet to see an uptick in power-play usage despite the Panthers' numerous injuries.

  • Ducks' Pavel Mintyukov: Out of lineup again

Mintyukov (lower body) won't play versus the Sharks on Wednesday, Derek Lee of The Hockey News reports.

Mintyukov will be out of the lineup for the second time in three games due to a lower-body issue. Radko Gudas (lower body) is also out, creating room for Ian Moore and Drew Helleson to play. Mintyukov can be considered day-to-day ahead of Friday's game versus the Blues, which is the first half of a back-to-back.

  • Sharks' Igor Chernyshov: Out of lineup Wednesday

Chernyshov (illness) won't play Wednesday versus the Ducks, Max Miller of NHL.com reports.

Chernyshov was labeled a game-time decision but will ultimately miss a game. Ty Dellandrea (lower body) will replace him in the lineup, though Collin Graf will likely get a bump up into Chernyshov's top-line role. Chernyshov can be considered questionable to play Thursday versus the Maple Leafs.

  • Lukas Dostal G | ANA

Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Tending twine Wednesday

Dostal will guard the road goal versus the Sharks on Wednesday, Max Miller of NHL.com reports.

Dostal went 6-3-1 with a 3.07 GAA and an .889 save percentage over 10 outings in March. The Ducks have alternated him with Ville Husso over the last six games and will continue that trend Wednesday, which may be a method to give Dostal rest before the Ducks' likely playoff run. The Sharks have scored 12 goals over their last four contests.

  • Golden Knights' Braeden Bowman: Drops to AHL

Bowman was reassigned to AHL Henderson on Wednesday, per SinBin.vegas.

Bowman's move to the AHL is likely to clear cap space. The 22-year-old winger has produced 26 points, 75 shots on net and a minus-16 rating over 54 appearances in the NHL this season, but he's been scratched for the Golden Knights' last five outings. That drop in playing time, combined with his waivers-exempt status, makes him the easy move to make at this time.
