Jordan Harris D | BOS
Jordan Harris: Set to become free agent
Harris didn't receive a qualifying offer from the Bruins, and he'll become an unrestricted free agent Wednesday, Belle Fraser of the Bruins' official site reports.
Harris made eight regular-season appearances for the Bruins last year, recording a goal, two assists, five hits and five blocked shots while averaging 15:54 of ice time. He's made NHL appearances in each of the last five seasons, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him generate interest on the open market during the offseason.

Alexis Gendron RW | PHI
Alexis Gendron: Doesn't receive qualifying offer
Gendron didn't receive a qualifying offer from the Bruins, and he'll become an unrestricted free agent Wednesday, Belle Fraser of the Bruins' official site reports.
Gendron hasn't yet made his NHL debut, but he was traded to the Bruins from the Flyers in March. He split time between AHL Lehigh Valley and AHL Providence last year, recording 11 goals, 14 assists and 50 PIM across 57 regular-season appearances between the two clubs. Gendron will seek out other opportunities ahead of the 2026-27 season.

Maxim Shabanov RW | MIN
Max Shabanov: Eligible for free agency
Shabanov didn't receive a qualifying offer from the Islanders on Monday, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports.
Shabanov can test the waters as a unrestricted free agent Wednesday. He had five goals, 18 points, 56 shots on net, 16 blocked shots and 27 hits across 44 games with the Islanders during the 2025-26 regular season.

Jaret Anderson-Dolan C | WPG
Jaret Anderson-Dolan: Released by Jets
Anderson-Dolan didn't receive a qualifying offer from Winnipeg on Monday.
Anderson-Dolan seemed like a player on the rise when he played in 46 regular-season games for the Kings back in 2022-23, but he has seen his opportunities dwindle ever since, with his last NHL appearance coming back in 2024-25. Still, the 26-year-old center racked up 13 goals and 23 assists in 72 regular-season games for AHL Manitoba in 2025-26. That may be enough production to convince another NHL club to give him a shot.

Joshua Roy RW | UTA
Mammoth's Joshua Roy: Inks two-way deal
Roy signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Mammoth on Monday.
After making NHL appearances for the Canadiens in each of the past three seasons, Roy was traded to Utah from Montreal earlier Monday. He was able to reach an agreement with his new team a few hours later, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him split time between the AHL and NHL under his two-way deal during the 2026-27 campaign. Across 57 regular-season appearances with AHL Laval last year, Roy recorded 23 goals, 22 assists and 32 PIM.

David Gustafsson C | PIT
Penguins' David Gustafsson: Dealt to Steel City
Pittsburgh acquired Gustafsson from Winnipeg on Monday in exchange for Jack St. Ivany.
During the 2025-26 campaign with AHL Manitoba, Gustafsson earned 10 goals and 32 points in 48 regular-season games before providing one goal and three helpers in seven playoff outings. The 26-year-old forward has six goals and 20 points in 149 NHL regular-season appearances. Gustafsson is a restricted free agent this offseason, and he is eligible to file for arbitration.

Jack St. Ivany D | WAS
Jets' Jack St. Ivany: Flipped in player swap
St. Ivany was traded to the Jets from the Penguins on Monday in exchange for David Gustafsson.
St. Ivany put up decent numbers in limited opportunities for the Penguins in 2025-26, tallying seven assists in 20 regular-season games. The defenseman likely faced an uphill battle in securing minutes with the Penguins, and while he will still need to put together a strong camp, his path to minutes is likely a little easier with his new club.

Matthew Maggio RW | NYI
Matthew Maggio: Set for free agency
Maggio will be an unrestricted free agent after not receiving a qualifying offer from the Islanders on Monday, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports.
Maggio set new personal bests in both assists (21) and points (33) in 63 games with AHL Bridgeport this season, so it's somewhat of a surprise to see the team cutting him loose. Still, the 23-year-old winger has yet to make his NHL debut since being selected by the club in the fifth round of the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. If he can secure a two-way contract, Maggio could finally make his NHL debut with the right organization.

Samuel Hlavaj G | MIN
Samuel Hlavaj: Not getting qualifying offer
Hlavaj won't receive a qualifying offer from Minnesota on Monday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
As a result, Hlavaj will be eligible for unrestricted free agency Wednesday. He spent most of the 2025-26 campaign with AHL Iowa, where he posted a 7-11-4 record with a 3.28 GAA and an .887 save percentage across 22 appearances. Hlavaj also went 2-3 with a 3.56 GAA and a .908 save percentage in five outings for Slovakia at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Marc Gatcomb C | LV
Marc Gatcomb: No qualifying offer forthcoming
Gatcomb is not expected to receive a qualifying offer from the Islanders on Monday, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports.
Gatcomb featured in 49 regular-season games for the Isles this season, registering three goals, four assists and 192 hits. It's possible the team circles back once free agency opens July 1, especially given his physicality. The 26-year-old center doesn't offer enough offensive upside in most formats to justify taking him in fantasy drafts, even with his help in the hits category.
