Gibson will defend the road net Sunday against the Devils, per Max Bultman of The Athletic.

Gibson has allowed two goals or fewer in four of his last five appearances, going 2-2-0 with a stellar 1.63 GAA and .933 save percentage during that time. The 32-year-old netminder and his squad should have a favorable matchup Sunday, as the Devils are on the second half of a back-to-back, while the Red Wings have been off since Friday. New Jersey also ranks 29th in the NHL with 2.57 goals per game in 2025-26.

Kozak (undisclosed) wasn't in line rushes ahead of Sunday's contest against the Lightning and won't play, Rachel Lenzi of The Buffalo News reports.

Kozak will miss a third consecutive game with an undisclosed injury. The 23-year-old has two goals and two assists, 98 hits and 33 blocked shots on the season while averaging 11:21 of ice time per night. His next chance at a return will be Tuesday against the Sharks.

Luukkonen will protect the home net against Tampa Bay on Sunday, per Heather Engel of NHL.com.

Luukkonen will get the second half of Buffalo's back-to-back after Alex Lyon played in Saturday's 3-2 win over Nashville. The 26-year-old Luukkonen has stopped 90 of the 94 shots he has faced during his three-game winning streak. He has a 14-7-2 record this campaign with a 2.55 GAA and a .910 save percentage across 24 appearances. Tampa Bay sits fifth in the league with 3.48 goals per game this season.

Soderblom will start Sunday's road game against Dallas, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Spencer Knight (illness) is unavailable for a second consecutive game Sunday, so Soderblom will start for the third time in the Blackhawks' last four matchups. Across his last two outings, Soderblom has gone 1-1-0 with a 2.02 GAA and .905 save percentage.

Goncalves (lower body) won't play Sunday night against the Sabres, Eduardo A. Encina of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Goncalves hasn't played in any of the Lightning's three games in March so far due to injury, and he is considered day-to-day. The 25-year-old has 20 points (seven goals, 13 assists) in 54 games on the season. His next chance to return will be Tuesday against the Blue Jackets.

Markstrom will start in net for Sunday's game against the Red Wings, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.

Despite playing Saturday against the Rangers, Markstrom will make a sixth straight start and go for his fifth straight win for the surging Devils on Sunday against the Red Wings. The 36-year-old is 4-1-0 with a .915 save percentage since the Olympic break. He faces a Detroit team that has lost three of its last four games.

DeSmith will start Sunday's home game against Chicago, Mike Heika of the Stars' official site reports.

DeSmith is in the midst of a three-game winning streak dating back to the end of January, and he's posted a 1.33 GAA and .926 save percentage during that time. The Blackhawks rank 27th in the NHL with 2.63 goals per game this year.

Johansson will guard the road goal against the Sabres on Sunday, Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News reports.

Johansson will get the second half of Tampa Bay's back-to-back after Andrei Vasilevskiy played in Saturday's 5-2 win over Toronto. The 30-year-old Johansson has gone 10-8-1 this campaign with a 2.98 GAA and an .890 save percentage across 21 appearances. Buffalo ranks seventh in the league with 3.40 goals per game this season.

Korpisalo will start Sunday's contest against the Penguins, Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports reports.

With Jeremy Swayman starting Saturday's first half of a back-to-back, Korpisalo will get the second half Sunday. The 31-year-old Korpisalo is 11-9-2 on the season with a 3.20 GAA and an .893 save percentage. He'll look to rebound from allowing five goals in his last appearance Thursday against the Predators. Korpisalo will face a Penguins team against whom he posted a 27-save shutout Jan. 11.

Granlund (upper body) was removed from injured reserve Sunday, according to the NHL media site.

Following a six-game absence, Granlund appears ready to return to the lineup against St. Louis on Sunday. He has supplied 12 goals, 27 points, 78 shots on net, 26 blocked shots and 24 hits across 38 appearances this season.
