  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Ruled out for Wednesday's game

Parayko (back) will remain sidelined for Wednesday's game in Seattle, per Lou Korac of NHL.com.

Head coach Jim Montgomery said Tuesday that Parayko is feeling better and is with the team on its road trip, though he won't be an option for Wednesday's game. Following that matchup, the Blues will play in San Jose on Friday and in Anaheim on Sunday, so Parayko may return to the lineup sometime before the team returns to St. Louis.

  • Predators' Jonathan Marchessault: Pots goal in Monday's loss

Marchessault scored a goal on two shots and added two PIM in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Red Wings.

Marchessault's tally at 7:10 of the second period briefly put the Predators ahead 2-1, but that was where their offense stalled out for the game. The 35-year-old winger had been held scoreless for the previous two contests. He's now at 11 goals, 18 points, 95 shots on net, 53 hits, 24 PIM and a minus-18 rating over 41 appearances in a top-six role.

  • Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Tending twine Tuesday

Gustavsson will protect the home net against Tampa Bay on Tuesday, Dylan Loucks of The Hockey News reports.

Gustavsson stopped 21 of the 23 shots he faced in Sunday's 3-1 loss to St. Louis, with the third goal being an empty-netter. He has a 21-10-6 record during the 2025-26 campaign with three shutouts, a 2.58 GAA and a .909 save percentage across 38 appearances. Tampa Bay ranks second in the league with 3.53 goals per game this season.

  • Marcus Foligno LW | MIN

Wild's Marcus Foligno: Still having injury evaluated

Head coach John Hynes said Tuesday that Foligno (lower body) is week-to-week, according to Joe Smith of The Athletic.

Hynes also noted that Foligno's injury is not season-ending, but the veteran winger is set to have his injury evaluated by another doctor Tuesday. Robby Fabbri, who was claimed off waivers by the Wild on Monday, will probably play regularly for the duration of Foligno's absence.

  • Filip Forsberg LW | NSH

Predators' Filip Forsberg: Buries power-play goal

Forsberg scored a power-play goal on six shots in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Red Wings.

Forsberg has two goals on 14 shots over three games since the Olympics. The Swedish winger was hot before the break with 15 points over 11 contests. Overall, he's up to 26 goals, 49 points, 187 shots on net, 107 hits, 28 PIM and a minus-6 rating through 60 appearances.

  • Red Wings' Albert Johansson: Deposits shortie in win

Johansson scored a shorthanded goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Monday's 4-2 win over the Predators.

Johansson snapped a 13-game point drought with the tally, which was just his second goal of the season. It ended up being the game-winner and his first career shorthanded goal. Johansson has just eight points with 46 shots on net, 44 hits, 84 blocked shots and a minus-10 rating over 61 appearances, production nearly identical to his nine-point effort from the same number of outings in 2024-25. He's seeing third-pairing minutes and doesn't need to be rostered in most fantasy formats.

  • Red Wings' Emmitt Finnie: Reaches 10-goal mark

Finnie scored a goal on three shots and added two hits in Monday's 4-2 win over the Predators.

Finnie hadn't scored since before Christmas, picking up just two assists over his previous 22 games. The rookie winger's offense has notably slowed down after he burst onto the NHL scene with 19 points in 38 contests to begin his career. He's at 10 goals, 22 points, 93 shots on net, 93 hits and a minus-8 rating through 61 appearances overall, and his drop in offense has seen him play in the bottom-six most of the time lately.

  • Panthers' Uvis Balinskis: Ready to rock

Balinskis (undisclosed) will return to the lineup against New Jersey on Tuesday, according to Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site.

Balinskis sat out Sunday's 5-4 loss to the Islanders after being injured in Friday's 3-2 defeat against Buffalo. He has produced five goals, 14 points, 61 shots on net, 37 blocked shots and 63 hits across 50 appearances this season. Balinskis and Tobias Bjornfot will replace Donovan Sebrango and Jeff Petry in Tuesday's lineup against the Devils.

  • Tomas Nosek LW | FLA

Panthers' Tomas Nosek: Activated from IR-NR

Nosek (knee) was removed from the non-roster injured reserve list Tuesday, according to the NHL media site.

Nosek hasn't played in a game yet in 2025-26, as he sustained a major knee injury in the offseason and landed on IR-NR in early October as a result. The 33-year-old posted nine points (one goal), 83 hits and a plus-4 rating over 59 regular-season appearances in 2024-25. Now that he's back in the fold, expect him to serve in a fourth-line capacity.

  • Jason Polin RW | COL

Avalanche's Jason Polin: Called up Tuesday

Polin was recalled from AHL Colorado on Tuesday.

Polin has logged in two games for the Avs this year in which he recorded seven hits, two blocks and a minus-1 rating while averaging 5:59 of ice time. With Artturi Lehkonen (upper body) set to miss time, Polin could see an extended run on the NHL roster.
