Juuse Saros G | NSH
Predators' Juuse Saros: Decent in overtime loss
Saros allowed three goals on 25 shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Stars.
Saros couldn't protect a 2-0 lead against the Stars' offense. He gave up goals to Wyatt Johnston and Nathan Bastian in regulation before Jason Robertson completed the Stars' comeback at 1:47 of overtime. Saros has gone 4-2-3 over his last 10 outings, allowing at least three goals in each of those games. He's at a 21-17-6 record with a 3.19 GAA and an .892 save percentage over 45 starts. Given his recent level of play, the 30-year-old netminder is a risky option for fantasy managers. He'll likely split the next two games with Justus Annunen, as the Predators host the Red Wings on Monday before visiting the Blue Jackets on Tuesday.

Nathan Bastian RW | DAL
Stars' Nathan Bastian: Breaks out of slump
Bastian scored a goal on three shots and added four hits in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Predators.
Bastian hadn't earned a point since his two-goal game Nov. 25 versus the Oilers. He played in just nine contests in that span while missing 26 either as a scratch or while on a conditioning loan with AHL Texas. Bastian has four goals, 20 shots on net, 15 PIM, 61 hits and a plus-2 rating over 26 appearances this season. He won't be a steady source of offense and could revert to being a healthy scratch once the Stars' forward group gets closer to full health.

Wyatt Johnston C | DAL
Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Earns two more points Saturday
Johnston scored a power-play goal on five shots and added an assist in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Predators.
Johnston has four points over two games since play resumed following the Olympics. The 22-year-old got the Stars on the board in the second period and helped out on Jason Robertson's game-winning tally in overtime. Johnston is now at 32 goals this season, including 20 on the power play. He's earned 31 of his 63 points with the man advantage while tacking on 157 shots on net, 44 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating. Johnston is on pace to top the 80-point mark for the first time in his four-year career.

Anthony Stolarz G | TOR
Maple Leafs' Anthony Stolarz: Perfect in relief against Senators
Stolarz stopped all 12 shots he faced in a relief appearance during Saturday's 5-2 loss to Ottawa.
Joseph Woll allowed five goals on 28 shots before being pulled. Stolarz entered the game with 3:54 remaining in the second period. The Maple Leafs have lost three consecutive games following the Olympic break, and the team has struggled to get the puck out of its own zone. That puts a lot of pressure on whoever is in the net.

Jason Robertson LW | DAL
Stars' Jason Robertson: Collects two points in comeback win
Robertson scored the game-winning goal and added a power-play assist in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Predators.
Robertson helped out on Wyatt Johnston's goal in the second period to get the Stars on the board, and Johnston returned the favor in overtime. With five points over four games in February, Robertson remains strong on offense. He leads Dallas with 33 goals and is at 68 points (28 on the power play), 210 shots on net, 39 hits and a plus-21 rating over 59 appearances this season. A third 40-goal campaign seems likely, and he should also surpass the 80-point totals he's posted in each of the last two regular seasons.

Jake Oettinger G | DAL
Stars' Jake Oettinger: Steadies ship after bad first frame
Oettinger stopped 25 of 27 shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Predators.
Oettinger allowed both goals in a span of 1:09 late in the first period. That was all he would give up, and the Stars were able to pull off the comeback, capped by Jason Robertson's tally in overtime. That's a seventh straight win in NHL play for Oettinger, though he's limited opponents to two goals or less just three times during the streak. For the season, he's at a 24-10-4 record with a 2.71 GAA and an .898 save percentage over 38 starts. Look for Oettinger and Casey DeSmith to split the next two games, as the Stars visit the Canucks on Monday and the Flames on Tuesday.

Simon Edvinsson D | DET
Red Wings' Simon Edvinsson: Mixed results in loss
Edvinsson scored a goal, added four PIM and doled out two hits in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Edvinsson's outing started poorly, as two of his miscues led to Carolina goals. He got the Red Wings on the board late in the second period, but his double-minor for high-sticking late in the third period essentially ended Detroit's chances at a comeback. The goal was his first point in two games since he returned from a lower-body injury that cost him seven contests. The 23-year-old blueliner has seven goals, 18 points, 60 shots on net, 65 PIM, 66 hits and 109 blocked shots over 50 appearances in his second full NHL campaign.

Patrick Kane RW | DET
Red Wings' Patrick Kane: Nets goal in loss
Kane scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Kane snapped a 14-game goal drought with the tally, which was his first point in five outings. The 37-year-old's offense has dipped along with the rest of the Red Wings, who have been limited to two goals or fewer in six of their last seven contests. Kane has nine goals, 33 points, 112 shots on net and a plus-1 rating through 45 appearances in a middle-six role this season.
-
Cam Talbot G | DET
Red Wings' Cam Talbot: Yields five goals in loss
Talbot gave up five goals on 36 shots in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Talbot still hasn't won in 2026, going 0-2-2 with 16 goals allowed on 150 shots over his last five appearances. The 38-year-old netminder has gotten just eight goals of support in those outings. He's now at an 11-8-4 record with a 3.08 GAA and an .890 save percentage through 25 appearances this season. John Gibson has put forth better results, and as long as he can stay healthy, Talbot will be limited to backup duties.

Joseph Woll G | TOR
Maple Leafs' Joseph Woll: Pulled in second period
Woll allowed five goals on 28 shots Saturday before being replaced by Anthony Stolarz with 3:54 remaining in the second period. Toronto lost 5-2 to Ottawa.
The Leafs have lost three straight games, and they can't seem to get themselves out of their own zone. Or sustain pressure in the offensive zone. That puts pressure on Woll and Stolarz, who relieved the starter Saturday. Woll has allowed eight goals in his last two starts. The Leafs are struggling to find some consistency. Keep him benched if you can. The risk is real.
