  • Golden Knights' Mitch Marner: Available against Caps

Marner (not injury related) is expected to be back in action versus Washington on Friday, per SinBin.vegas.

Marner was riding a five-game point streak heading into the Olympic break, racking up four goals and two assists. With the 28-year-old Ontario native back in the fold, he should slot into a top-six role in addition to rejoining the No. 1 power-play unit.

  • Mark Stone RW | LV

Golden Knights' Mark Stone: Set to return Friday

Stone (not injury related) is slated to return to the lineup for Friday's game against the Capitals, SinBin.vegas reports.

Stone didn't appear in Wednesday's game against the Kings after playing for Canada at the 2026 Winter Olympics, but he should be able to join the Golden Knights ahead of Friday's matchup in Washington. Across 41 appearances this year, Stone has racked up 21 goals, 39 assists, 34 blocked shots and 17 hits while averaging 19:33 of ice time.

  • Tom Wilson RW | WAS

Capitals' Tom Wilson: Ready to go versus Vegas

Wilson (illness) will be available to face the Golden Knights on Friday, Tarik El-Bashir of Monumental Sports Network reports.

Wilson was rolling offensively ahead of the Olympic break, racking up one goal and six helpers in his last nine outings, including a pair of power-play points. With 49 points in 50 games this year, Wilson could still push for the 60-point threshold for the second straight year.

  • Golden Knights' Noah Hanifin: Available against Caps

Hanifin (not injury related) was added back to the Vegas roster ahead of Friday's clash with Washington, per the NHL media site.

Hanifin was one of five players the Knights held out of Wednesday's matchup with the Kings, but he should now be in the mix to feature Friday. The 29-year-old blueliner is currently mired in an eight-game pointless streak during which he notched nine shots, 14 blocks and four hits.

  • Kai Uchacz C | LV

Golden Knights' Kai Uchacz: Sent back down

Uchacz was assigned to AHL Henderson on Thursday.

The Golden Knights were without several key players following the Olympics during Wednesday's win over the Kings, so Uchacz suited up after being recalled Tuesday. He recorded shot on goal, a hit, a blocked shot and a minus-1 rating in 12:38 of ice time against Los Angeles but will head back to the minors a day later, which signals that the Golden Knights will likely be much closer to full strength against the Capitals on Friday.

  • Golden Knights' Tanner Laczynski: Sent back to Henderson

Laczynski was assigned to AHL Henderson on Thursday.

Laczynski was called up by Vegas on Tuesday and appeared in Wednesday's win over the Kings, recording three assists and a plus-2 rating while several of the Golden Knights' key contributors were sidelined following the Olympics. Despite his strong performance against Los Angeles, Laczynski will head back to the minors, where he should have more consistent opportunities for playing time.

  • Jack Eichel C | LV

Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Back on roster

Eichel (not injury related) was taken off the non-roster list ahead of Friday's matchup with Washington, per the NHL media site.

Eichel was given an extra day off to recover from his travel back from the Olympics. Going back to before the break, the 29-year-old center is riding a four-game point streak during which he racked up two goals and five helpers, including one power-play point. Eichel should reclaim his spot on both the top line and the No. 1 power-play unit.

  • Golden Knights' Dylan Coghlan: Sent down Thursday

Coghlan was assigned to AHL Henderson on Thursday.

Coghlan made his third appearance of the season for the Golden Knights on Wednesday, and he recorded a shot on goal and a plus-2 rating in 15:15 of ice time while several of the team's players were unavailable following the Olympics. However, Coghlan will now head back to the Silver Knights, which signals that most, or all, of the team's Olympic participants will join Vegas ahead of Friday's game against the Capitals.

  • Ilya Sorokin G | NYI

Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Drawing start against Montreal

Sorokin will defend the road crease against Montreal on Thursday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.

Sorokin was in the starter's crease during Thursday's morning skate, and he'll officially tend the twine during the Islanders' first game following the Olympic break. Across his last five starts, he's gone 4-1-0 with a 2.01 GAA and .930 save percentage.

  • Adam Fox D | NYR

    Rangers' Adam Fox: Playing Thursday

Fox (lower body) will be in the lineup against the Flyers on Thursday, Vince Z. Mercogliano of The Athletic reports.

Fox has appeared in just three of the Rangers' last 30 contests, spending two stints on long-term injured reserve due to his lower-body injury. In his 30 games this year, the 28-year-old blueliner has notched four goals and 24 assists. Now that he's back to 100 percent, Fox should continue to produce at a high level, including with the Rangers' No. 1 power-play unit.
