Rangers reliever Pedro Figueroa picked up his second win of the season Thursday, in an 8-6 win over the Mariners.
Figueroa pitched 1 2/3 innings without allowing a base runner, and the Rangers' offense rallied from an early deficit to go up 7-6 in the fifth inning. It was Figueroa's second win in a row, as he also picked up the win in the team's previous game.
Figueroa has allowed four earned runs in eight innings of work this season, all of which came during his first appearance. He has racked up seven straight scoreless appearances since.
