AJ Cassavell@AJCassavell11D agoThe Padres took Juan Nuñez, a 24-year-old righty from Baltimore, in the Rule 5 Draft. Nuñez was the Orioles’ No. 8 prospect and had a 2.45 ERA at High-A last season. He went from Minnesota to Baltimore in the 2022 Jorge Lopez/Yennier Cano deal.
