Pirates' Joey Terdoslavich: Joins Triple-A squad
Terdoslavich was sent from extended spring training to Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday, Rob Biertempfel of the Pittsburgh Tribune reports.
With Jose Osuna getting the call to the major leagues, Terdoslavich will report to Triple-A Indianapolis to fill his void. The 28-year-old slashed .246/.349/.419 with Double-A Bowie within the Orioles' organization last season.

Pirates' Joey Terdoslavich: Shifted to minors camp
Terdoslavich was reassigned to minor league camp Thursday.
The 28-year-old had two brief stints with the Braves' big club in 2014 and 2015 but projects as mere organizational depth. Terdoslavich likely needs plenty of dominoes to fall for an extended chance in the majors.

Pirates' Joey Terdoslavich: Signs minor league contract with Pirates
Terdoslavich agreed to a minor league contract with Pittsburgh on Wednesday, Bill Brink of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
The deal includes an invitation to spring training for the switch-hitting Terdoslavich, who spent last season in the Baltimore system. The 28-year-old last played in the majors with Atlanta in 2015, hitting .214 over 28 games. Terdoslavich batted .246 last season with Double-A Bowie while adding 61 RBI. He will likely serve as organizational depth for the Pirates.

Orioles' Joey Terdoslavich: Outrighted to Triple-A on Thursday
Terdoslavich cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Norfolk on Thursday, Eduardo Encina of the Baltimore Sun reports.
The 27-year-old slashed just .214/.254/.375 with only one home run in 28 games with Atlanta in 2015. With Chris Davis holding down first base for the Orioles it is unlikely that Terdoslavich contributes much in 2016.

Orioles' Joey Terdoslavich: Designated for assignment by Orioles on Thursday
Terdoslavich was designated for assignment by the Orioles on Thursday.
The Orioles made their signing of Chris Davis official, which required a corresponding move to make room on the 40-man roster. Terdoslavich ended up being the odd man out after being claimed off waivers by the Orioles just under two weeks ago. The 27-year-old has appeared in 92 games in the majors since 2013, most recently batting .214 in 59 plate appearances last season with the Braves. He could be a good fit for a team looking for first base and/or corner outfield depth.

Orioles' Joey Terdoslavich: Placed on waivers, claimed by Orioles
Terdoslavich was placed on waivers by the Braves on Friday and subsequently claimed by the Orioles.
Terdoslavich was the corresponding move for the Braves to open up a spot on the 40-man roster for the newly-signed Kelly Johnson. It didn't take long for the Orioles to snatch him up, but it's difficult to see him serving in anything more than a bench role with the Braves given the other options the club has at first base and corner outfield. The 27-year-old collected a home run and four RBI over 56 at-bats with the Braves last season, and will look to post a strong enough spring training to earn an Opening Day roster spot.
