Angels' Ibandel Isabel: Reaches MiLB deal with Angels
Isabel signed a minor-league contract with the Angels on Tuesday.
The 25-year-old will be moving on to the third organization of his career following stints with the Dodgers and Reds since entering the professional ranks in 2013. Isabel, a power-hitting first baseman who smacked 62 home runs at the minor-league level between 2018 and 2019, is expected to report to Double-A Rocket City to begin the 2021 campaign.

Reds' Ibandel Isabel: First two-homer game this season
Isabel homered twice Saturday for Double-A Chattanooga, his first multi-homer game of the season, MiLB.com reports.
Isabel had 35 homers for High-A Daytona last season and is hitting .269/.326/.577 this year. The knock on him has always been his high strikeout rate, and with a whopping 41.9 K% this season, that hasn't improved.
