Harris went 2-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI in Thursday's 9-3 win over Miami.
Harris recorded the eighth multi-homer game of his career Thursday and his second of the season already. After turning in a career-low .677 OPS across 611 regular-season at-bats in 2025, the center fielder is enjoying a resurgent campaign in 2026. Harris is batting a strong .298 with 11 long balls, five doubles, 29 RBI and three stolen bases through 48 games.

Braves' Michael Harris: Extends hit streak to seven games
Harris went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in Friday's 3-2 extra-inning win against Boston.
Harris extended Atlanta's lead to 2-0 in the fourth, smacking a solo homer off Connelly Early. It was Harris' first home run since May 1 against the Rockies and seventh of the season. The long ball also extended his hit streak to seven games, and over that span he has gone 10-for-28 (.357) with two RBI and four runs scored.

Braves' Michael Harris: Four hits in loss
Harris went 4-for-4 in Friday's 3-1 loss to the Dodgers.
Harris had gone 0-for-9 with two strikeouts over three games during Atlanta's series in Seattle earlier in the week after returning from a quadriceps injury . This was his first multi-hit effort since April 25 versus the Phillies. The outfielder's recent cooldown was somewhat expected, but he's still hitting .319 with an .878 OPS, seven home runs, 22 RBI, 14 runs scored, four doubles and two stolen bases over 36 contests.

Braves' Michael Harris: Back in starting nine
Harris (quad) will start in left field and bat fourth against the Mariners on Tuesday.
A quad injury kept Harris out of the lineup for each of Atlanta's last two games, though he was able to appear as a pinch hitter Monday. Now back starting in the outfield, he'll aim to continue a hot start that's seen him slash .318/.351/.551 with seven homers, 22 RBI and 13 runs scored through 33 games.

Braves' Michael Harris: Considered day-to-day
Harris (quadriceps) is being considered day-to-day after Atlanta left him out of Monday's starting lineup against Seattle, Chad Bishop of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Harris managed to slot into the starting lineup in the DH spot Saturday, but he wasn't penciled into the starting nine Monday after also sitting Sunday. Manager Walt Weiss noted that the club is officially considering Harris day-to-day, though an IL stint could be on the table if the quad injury doesn't improve over the next few days. "You pull the plug on it if it starts to get worse at any time," said Weiss. "There's a tipping point right? We can't continue with this for another two week."

Braves' Michael Harris: Remains out of lineup Monday
Harris (quad) remains out of the lineup for Monday's game in Seattle.
Harris returned from his left quad injury to start Saturday's game against the Rockies in the designated hitter spot, but he's now been absent from the lineup for the last two contests. Atlanta does not appear comfortable playing Harris in center field yet, and it has elected to put Drake Baldwin at DH on Monday while Sean Murphy makes his season debut at catcher. Harris has made a couple pinch-hitting appearances in games he didn't start, so he should be available off the bench Monday.

Braves' Michael Harris: Idle for series finale
Harris is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rockies.
Harris appears to have moved past the left quadriceps tightness that kept him on the bench Thursday and Friday, but Atlanta will rest him for Sunday's day game while Colorado sends southpaw Kyle Freeland to the bump. Mauricio Dubon will draw the start in center field.

Braves' Michael Harris: Back in starting nine
Harris (quad) will serve as Atlanta's designated hitter and bat fifth Saturday against the Rockies.
Harris missed two consecutive starts due to left quad soreness, but after smacking a pinch-hit two-run homer during Friday's win, he'll receive the green light to rejoin the starting lineup. The 25-year-old is off to a brilliant start this year, slashing .324/.358/.569 with seven homers, 22 RBI, 12 runs and a pair of steals through 31 games.

Braves' Michael Harris: Pops pinch-hit homer Friday
Harris (quadriceps) slugged a two-run homer in his only plate appearance during Friday's win over the Rockies.
The 25-year-old began the game on the bench, but Harris pinch hit for Jorge Mateo in the ninth inning and clubbed a Juan Mejia sweeper over the right-field fence to break a 6-6 tie. It was Harris' seventh long ball of the season, and Harris having been used as a pinch hitter the last two games is a good sign he might avoid an IL stint and return to defensive duties fairly soon.

Braves' Michael Harris: Remaining on bench Friday
Harris (quad) is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Rockies, Lindsay Crosby of BravesToday.com reports.
The 25-year-old outfielder is sitting for a second straight game Friday after also missing one contest last week due quadriceps tightness. A trip to the injured list could be in store for Harris if the injury doesn't show improvement soon. Mauricio Dubon is picking up a start in center field Friday, opening up shortstop for Jorge Mateo.

Braves' Michael Harris: Quad issue could force IL stint
Harris could need a trip to the 10-day injured list if he doesn't experience improvement with his tight left quadriceps, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.
Harris had to miss a game last week after his quad tightened up on him, and it appears the leg issue was the reason for his absence from Thursday's lineup versus the Tigers, as well. Atlanta hopes to be able to use Harris as its designated hitter during its nine-game road trip that begins Friday, but the club might opt to IL him instead if he's not feeling better. If Harris has to miss time, Eli White would be in line for regular reps in center field.

Braves' Michael Harris: Idle for series finale
Harris is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Tigers.
Though he was in the lineup for Wednesday's 4-3 win while lefty Tarik Skubal started for Detroit, Harris will move to the bench for Thursday's series finale while the Tigers send another southpaw (Framber Valdez) to the hill. Eli White will step in for Harris in center field and will bat ninth.
