Winslow last played in the NBA when he made 29 regular-season appearances, including 11 starts, for the Trail Blazers. However, Winslow will likely spend the 2024-25 campaign with the Wisconsin Herd of the G League.

Justise Winslow: Deal with Toronto ends
Winslow became an unrestricted free agent Tuesday after his 10-day contract with the Raptors expired, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
The veteran forward didn't see any game action during his abbreviated stay with Toronto, and it's unclear if the Raptors will look to bring him back on a second 10-day deal. Before signing with the NBA team on Feb. 10, Winslow had appeared in 19 games with Toronto's G League affiliate, Raptors 905. In those contests, Winslow averaged 16.7 points (on 51.7 percent shooting from the field), 7.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.8 steals, 1.1 blocks and 1.1 three-pointers in 27.4 minutes per game.

Raptors' Justise Winslow: Returns to NBA club
Toronto recalled Winslow from the G League's Raptors 905 on Thursday.
Winslow signed a 10-day deal with the Raptors on Saturday but has yet to appear in an NBA contest this season. On Tuesday, he returned to the G League and posted 23 points (9-14 FG), 10 rebounds, two blocks and two steals in 35 minutes during a loss to the Greensboro Swarm.

Winslow totaled 23 points (9-14 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks across 35 minutes in Raptors 905's 116-106 loss to Greensboro on Tuesday.
Winslow signed a 10-day deal with the Raptors on Saturday, but he was back with 905 on Tuesday and was stellar in his first G League game since Feb. 3. The veteran forward appears to be over the illness that had caused him to miss 905's game against Long Island on Feb. 5, meaning he should be set to fill his typical robust frontcourt role.

Raptors' Justise Winslow: Inks 10-day deal with Toronto
Winslow agreed to a 10-day contract with the Raptors on Saturday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
The 2015 lottery pick will make his return to the NBA for the first time this season after he was cut by the Raptors following the preseason. Before catching on with Toronto on a 10-day deal, Winslow had appeared in 17 games with the organization's G League affiliate, averaging 16.2 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.8 steals, 0.9 three-pointers and 0.8 blocks in 26.8 minutes per contest. He hadn't played for the 905 since Feb. 3 due to an illness, but his signing with the NBA team is an indication that he's healthy again.

Winslow underwent season-ending left ankle surgery in March but is expected to be healthy for the 2023-24 campaign. He will likely start the year with the Raptors 905 of the G League. The 27-year-old forward hasn't played more than 48 games in a season since 2018-19.

The Trail Blazers announced Friday that Winslow (ankle) underwent a bone marrow aspirate concentrate procedure in March and will be re-evaluated in the coming weeks.
Winslow doesn't appear to have a firm timetable for his return at this point, and with the regular season just over three weeks away, the 26-year-old could struggle to gain clearance before the Trail Blazers' April 9 finale versus Golden State. He's been out of action since Dec. 21 and could require considerable ramp-up time once he's cleared for full-contact, full-court work.
