  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Double-doubles in blowout loss

Brown supplied 20 points (7-19 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 11 rebounds and seven assists across 34 minutes in Wednesday's 118-89 loss to the Hornets.

Brown missed Monday's win over Milwaukee due to an illness but returned to action Wednesday. The star forward struggled with efficiency but still extended his streak of 20-plus-point performances to 22, albeit in a losing effort. He also led the Celtics in rebounds and assists. He has recorded two double-doubles and a triple-double across six outings since the All-Star break, and he has dished out at least seven dimes in five of those six games.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Available for Wednesday

Brown (illness) is not on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Hornets, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.

After missing Monday's win over the Bucks, Brown is no longer on the injury report. With this news, Payton Pritchard and Derrick White will likely see less usage for the Celtics.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Out Monday with illness

The Celtics have ruled out Brown for Monday's game against the Bucks due to a non-COVID illness.

Brown ended Sunday's 114-98 victory over Philadelphia with 27 points (9-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 7-7 FT), eight rebounds and eight assists across 38 minutes, but he's evidently feeling under the weather coming out of that game and will get a chance to rest up and recuperate for the second leg of the Celtics' back-to-back set. With Brown sitting, the Celtics will have more usage available for Derrick White and Payton Pritchard, while Baylor Scheierman and Hugo Gonzalez could see upticks in playing time.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Comes close to triple-double

Brown ended Sunday's 114-98 victory over Philadelphia with 27 points (9-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 7-7 FT), eight rebounds and eight assists across 38 minutes.

Brown carried the Celtics once again -- as he's done pretty much all season long -- while finishing just two boards and two assists away from posting a triple-double. The star forward continues to have a career-best season in 2025-26, averaging a loaded line of 26.6 points, 9.8 rebounds and 8.0 assists per game since the All-Star break. He needs to do a better job taking care of the ball since he's averaging 3.6 turnovers over that span, but with Brown delivering elite numbers across all categories, he's posted first-round value across all formats. Fantasy managers will live with that amount of turnovers as long as he continues to produce at this rate.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Productive in blowout win

Brown registered 28 points (9-12 FG, 4-4 3Pt, 6-10 FT), nine assists, seven rebounds, two steals and one block over 30 minutes during the Celtics' 148-111 win over the Nets on Friday.

Brown entered Friday's game having connected on just 34.7 percent of his field-goal attempts over his last two outings, and it looked like he was going to have another rough night after missing his first four free-throw attempts and each of his first two tries from the field. However, Brown settled in after a slow start, scoring 26 of his 28 points across the second and third quarters and co-leading the Celtics in scoring with Nikola Vucevic while also leading the team in assists. Brown has embraced his role as the clear No. 1 option this season, though Jayson Tatum has been progressing ahead of schedule in his recovery from a torn right Achilles. It will be interesting to see what Brown's usage would look like if Tatum is indeed cleared to return to NBA action this season.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Not listed on injury report

Brown (knee) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Wednesday's game in Denver, Zack Cox of the Boston Herald reports.

Brown rested on the front end of this back-to-back set, but he'll be back in action Wednesday evening with his usual workload. Brown's return should result in Ron Harper heading back to the second unit, and there will be fewer shots available for Sam Hauser and Baylor Scheierman.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Won't play Tuesday

Brown won't play in Tuesday's game against the Suns due to a bruised right knee, Jay King of The Athletic reports.

Tuesday is the front end of a back-to-back, so it's possible the Celtics have an eye toward Brown being able to suit up for Wednesday's showdown against the Nuggets. Baylor Scheierman and Sam Hauser should see more playing time and are both worthy of streaming consideration Tuesday.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Nursing bruised knee

Brown is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Suns due to a right knee contusion, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Brown didn't show any signs of the injury impacting his play Sunday, as he cruised to a 32-point day in a win over the Lakers. However, he's in jeopardy of sitting Tuesday after being added to the injury report. Brown will presumably test the knee during shootaround and in pre-game warmups to see if he's able to run the floor in Phoenix.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Game-high 32 points Sunday

Brown recorded 32 points (10-28 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 9-12 FT), eight rebounds, seven assists and three steals over 36 minutes during the Celtics' 111-89 win over the Lakers on Sunday.

Brown didn't have the most efficient performance from the field and committed a team-high five turnovers. Even so, he was the game's leading scorer while attempting double-digit free throws for the 14th time this season, and he finished second on the Celtics in both assists and rebounds. Brown is putting together the best season of his NBA career and has averaged 28.1 points, 8.6 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.7 threes and 0.9 steals over 33.6 minutes per game since Feb. 1.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Tallies triple-double vs. Warriors

Brown produced 23 points (10-18 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 15 rebounds and 13 assists in 37 minutes during Thursday's 121-110 victory over Golden State.

Brown looked sharp coming out of the All-Star break and cruised to his third triple-double of the season. He produced with ease on the offensive end and has now put up 20 or more points in 17 consecutive appearances. Brown also set a new season high in assists, beating his previous best of 12 dimes Jan. 23 against the Nets.
