  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Starting vs. Philadelphia

Williams is in the Nets' starting lineup against the 76ers on Saturday, Sharif Phillips-Keaton of USA Today reports. Williams missed the Nets' last two games due to an illness. He's been given the green light to return for Saturday's matinee and will make his sixth start of the season due to the absences of Michael Porter (ankle) and Drake Powell (knee). Williams' last start was Feb. 11 against the Pacers, when he played 28 minutes and finished with 19 points, five rebounds, one assist, three steals and five three-pointers.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Not listed on injury report

Williams (illness) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Saturday's game versus the 76ers, Erik Slater of ClutchPoints.com reports. Williams is set to return from a two-game stint on the sidelines Saturday, and he could see major minutes with Michael Porter (ankle) not expected to play. Williams could be someone to consider as a streamer Saturday for those seeking some points, triples and steals.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Listed out for Thursday

Williams (illness) is out for Thursday's game against the Hawks. Williams joins a crowded group of injured players on the shelf for this contest. With this news, more minutes could be available for guys like Terance Mann, Danny Wolf and Jalen Wilson.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Iffy to play Thursday

Williams (illness) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Hawks. The Nets have several injuries ahead of this contest, so Williams could potentially see a big workload if he can get the green light to suit up. He doesn't have a lot of upside in category fantasy leagues, however.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Out with illness

Williams (illness) won't play in Tuesday's game against the Pistons, per Brian Lewis of the New York Post. Williams is under the weather for the second leg of this back-to-back set. His absence should allow rookies Ben Saraf and Drake Powell to be more involved in the backcourt Tuesday.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Quiet in 33 minutes

Williams closed Sunday's 106-102 loss to the Cavaliers with four points (2-2 FG), five assists and one steal in 33 minutes. Williams wasn't able to capitalize on a major workload off the bench. He remains a poor fantasy option with averages of 3.3 points, 1.5 assist and 1.0 rebounds in 21.3 minutes over his last four outings.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Cleared for Tuesday

Williams (personal) is available for Tuesday's game against the Mavericks, Erik Slater of ClutchPoints.com reports. Williams has missed Brooklyn's last two games while dealing with a personal matter, but he'll be back in action for Tuesday's matchup. He's averaging 10.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 2.0 steals over his last five outings.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Missing Sunday's contest

Williams (personal) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Hawks. Williams will be sidelined for a second consecutive game while attending to a personal matter, and his next chance to play is Tuesday against the Mavericks. Terance Mann, Jalen Wilson and Ochai Agbaji are slated to see more minutes off the bench in Williams' absence.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Not playing Friday

Williams is listed out for Friday's game against the Thunder due to a personal matter. The Nets haven't indicated if Williams will be back with the team for the final game of its road trip Sunday in Atlanta. With Williams sitting out Friday along with Nic Claxton (ankle) and with rookie first-round pick Ben Saraf currently in the G League, the Nets should have openings in the rotation for Terance Mann, Jalen Wilson and Ochai Agbaji.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Scores 17 points in return

Williams (calf) finished Tuesday's 125-109 loss to the Lakers with 17 points (7-11 FG, 3-6 3Pt), three assists, two rebounds and one steal over 24 minutes. Williams was given the green light to return Tuesday from a three-game absence due to a left calf contusion. He ended up replacing Terance Mann in the Brooklyn rotation and delivered a big outing off the bench, recording all 17 of his points in the second half. Williams did much of his damage well after the Lakers already had the outcome well in hand, so he could struggle to pick up as minutes during games in which the Nets are more competitive.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Cleared to play Tuesday

Williams (calf) is good to go for Tuesday's game against the Lakers. Williams was previously carrying a probable tag, but he now has the green light to return following a three-game absence. The forward has averaged 10.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 25.1 minutes over his last four appearances.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Probable for Tuesday

Williams (calf) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Lakers, Erik Slater of ClutchPoints.com reports. Williams appears likely to return from a three-game absence Tuesday. He was playing well before the injury setback, posting averages of 10.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 25.1 minutes over his last four appearances.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Won't play Friday

Williams (calf) will not play Friday against the Jazz, C.J. Holmes of the New York Daily News reports. Williams will be sidelined for a second straight game. His next chance to play comes Sunday against Detroit. With Michael Porter (rest) and Noah Clowney (back) also out, Terance Mann, Danny Wolf and Drake Powell are candidates for increased minutes.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Contributes 11 points from bench

Williams closed with 11 points (3-9 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, five assists and one steal in 28 minutes during Tuesday's 106-102 loss to the Suns. Williams has lost playing time to Drake Powell, but Powell disappeared from the rotation after going scoreless over just eight minutes. His exit was likely due to a lingering knee issue, and the Nets used Williams to pick up the slack. Williams' fantasy value is capped while dealing with Powell and Noah Clowney (back) for playing time.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Scores 15 points in return

Williams (illness) logged 15 points (4-7 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two rebounds, two steals and one assist across 24 minutes during Monday's 126-117 loss to Phoenix. Williams returned from a five-game absence due to an illness and came through with an efficient scoring performance. Prior to falling ill, Williams was left out of the rotation in a coach's decision in the Nets' Jan. 9 loss to the Clippers, so it's unclear if he'll have a regular role on the second unit waiting for him when Brooklyn is at full strength. The Nets were without Egor Demin (foot), Cam Thomas (hamstring) and Day'Ron Sharpe (illness) on Monday but could get all three players back for their next game Wednesday versus the Knicks.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Removed from injury report

Williams (illness) is off the injury report for Monday's game against the Suns. Williams had missed Brooklyn's last six games due to an illness and subsequent return-to-play reconditioning, but the Nets are ready to give him the green light Monday. The forward has played at least 24 minutes in three of his past four outings (two starts), and Williams is a candidate to replace Cam Thomas (hamstring) in the first unit.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Won't play Wednesday

Williams (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game in New Orleans. Wednesday will mark the third consecutive game on the inactive list for Williams due to this illness, and for now, he should be considered questionable for Friday's game versus the Bulls. That said, Williams had fallen out of the rotation before getting sick, so his absence from the active roster won't impact fantasy leagues.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Starting Wednesday

Williams is part of the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against Orlando. Williams will join the first unit for Wednesday's game, swapping places with Terance Mann. It'll be Williams' fourth start of the season. As a starter, Williams is averaging 11.3 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.3 steals across 25.3 minutes.

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Back to bench Friday

Williams is not in the Nets' starting lineup against the Wizards on Friday. Williams was moved into the Nets' starting lineup for Thursday's loss to the Rockets, finishing with 14 points, two rebounds and five steals over 27 minutes. He'll come off the bench Friday due to Terance Mann and Egor Demin returning, but Williams should still see a healthy amount of minutes off the bench in the absence of Michael Porter (illness).

  • Nets' Ziaire Williams: Career-high five swipes in start

Williams amassed 14 points (3-6 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 6-7 FT), five steals and two rebounds across 27 minutes during Thursday's 120-96 loss to Houston. With Michael Porter (illness), Terance Mann (hip) and Egor Demin (back) all sidelined in the front end of Brooklyn's back-to-back set, Williams got the starting nod for just the third time this season. The 24-year-old swingman made the most of the opportunity, leading the first unit in points and scoring in double figures for just the second time over his last seven appearances. He also chipped in a game- and career-high five steals, and he has logged multiple steals in six of his 26 regular-season appearances thus far.
