Boggs left practice early Sunday with concussion-like symptoms, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Boggs will have to pass through the league's concussion protocol before he can make a return to the field. Last season, Boggs appeared in five games for the Cardinals.

Bears' Taylor Boggs: Signs with Bears
Boggs signed with the Bears on Monday, Larry Mayer of the team's official site reports.
Boggs will begin his second go around with Chicago in 2017 after having played four games for the Bears during the 2014 season. Last year, Boggs appeared in five games for Arizona. Barring any injuries to the offensive line, Boggs figures to function as a depth lineman entering training camp.

Cardinals' Taylor Boggs: Lands on IR
The Cardinals placed Boggs (shoulder) on injured reserve Tuesday.
Injuries slowly but surely whittled away at the Cardinals' offensive line this season, allowing Boggs to play in five of the last six games, including back-to-back starts before sustaining a shoulder injury Saturday at Seattle. In Boggs' stead, rookie Evan Boehm will start at right guard.
