DiSalvo was placed on injured reserve in early September due to a concussion but now can join on with another squad, as long as he passes league protocol testing.

Titans' Ryan DiSalvo: Ends up on injured reserve
DiSalvo (concussion) landed on the Titans' injured reserve Sunday after clearing waivers, Jimmy Morris of MusicCityMiracles.com reports.
DiSalvo went down with a concussion in the team's preseason finale against the Chiefs. He was ultimately waived/injured during the team's final roster cuts. He will remain on IR for the balance of the season unless both parties reach an injury settlement.

Titans' Ryan DiSalvo: Exits with concussion
DiSalvo won't return to Thursday's preseason game against the Chiefs after sustaining a concussion, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
DiSalvo won't be cleared to resume long snapping until he passes through each phase of the league-mandated concussion protocol.
