Keyes was placed on IR with the injury during training camp in July, but he'll now be free to sign elsewhere if he can prove himself healthy.

Keyes was signed by the Browns in July after being cut by the Ravens in May. He hasn't played a game since 2021, when he played sparingly across five games with both the Bears and Colts. The 2020 seventh-round draft pick out of Tulane will have to look elsewhere for a depth spot in the secondary and on special teams.
