Bills' Spencer Brown: Has contract restructured
Bills GM Brandon Beane said Tuesday that Brown's contract was restructured in a move that will save the team around $10.4 million, Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News reports.
Brown has three years remaining on the four-year, $72 million extension he signed in September of 2024. The specifics on the restructured deal haven't been made public yet, but the agreement helps Buffalo get closer to salary cap compliance. Brown has been a solid and durable part of the Bills' offensive line and figures to once against start for the team at right tackle next season.

Brown missed consecutive games after suffering a shoulder injury in the Bills' Week 12 loss to the Texans on Thursday Night Football. Brown (shoulder) was a limited participant in Buffalo's practice Wednesday, Maddy Glab of the team's official site reports.
Brown returned to practice for the first time since sustaining a shoulder injury during the team's Week 12 loss to the Texans. If the 27-year-old is able to practice Thursday and Friday as well, he should be able to resume his role as the team's starting right tackle during Sunday's matchup versus the Patriots.

Bills' Spencer Brown: Not ready to return
Brown (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's Week 14 game against Cincinnati.
Brown missed last Sunday's win over Pittsburgh and was limited in practice throughout Week 14 prep. However, the Bills have decided that he's not ready to return to game action. Fortunately for Buffalo, Dion Dawkins has cleared concussion protocol and is good to go Sunday, so the team will be a bit healthier at offensive tackle against the Bengals.
