Packers' Johnathan Baldwin: Reverts to IR
Baldwin (knee) reverted to the Packers' injured-reserve list Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Baldwin was waived/injured Sunday after suffering a knee issue last Tuesday in training camp. The cornerback cleared waivers and will now spend the entirety of the 2026 season on injured reserve unless he is waived with an injury settlement.

Johnathan Baldwin: Waived/injured by Green Bay
The Packers waived/injured Baldwin (knee) on Sunday.
Baldwin suffered a knee injury in last Tuesday's training camp session. The defensive back will now be subject to waivers, and if he clears them, he will revert to the Packers' injured reserve. Baldwin will be set to spend the entirety of the 2026 season on IR unless the team waives him with an injury settlement.

Packers' Johnathan Baldwin: Nursing knee injury
Baldwin did not participate in Tuesday's training camp practice due to a knee injury, Weston Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Baldwin may have tweaked his knee during a practice earlier in training camp, and his practice participation will be monitored ahead of the Packers' preseason opener against the Steelers on Thursday, Aug. 13. The UNLV product spent most of the 2025 season on the Packers' practice squad but played nearly every single defensive snap in Green Bay's Week 18 clash against Minnesota, when he finished with seven tackles (four solo). Baldwin also played 10 snaps on special teams during the Packers' NFC wild-card round loss to the Bears in January.
