Wiggins (neck) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Raiders.
Wiggins was unable to practice both Thursday and Friday after sustaining a neck injury in a car accident earlier in the week, so it's no surprise that the 2024 first-round pick won't be suiting up for Baltimore's home opener. Wiggins practiced in full Wednesday, so it appears the rookie corner is dealing with a new injury. Wiggins missed a little less than a week of practice time. The first-round rookie's 2024 role is unclear, as Baltimore's cornerback depth chart has yet to really shake out behind veteran Marlon Humphrey. Brandon Stephens and Arthur Maulet are also in the mix for starting reps.

Wiggins injured his shoulder in Friday's 16-13 preseason loss to the Eagles. A top defender for a Clemson's top tier defense in 2023, the cornerback was selected 30th overall by the Ravens. Although he could be viewed as a slight project, the rookie figures to make an impact in the secondary at some point this season when healthy.
