Lucas Scott: Cut from practice squad
Scott was waived from the practice squad by the Ravens on Monday.
The fullback was let go to make room for quarterback Austin Reed, who signed in the wake of injuries to Lamar Jackson (thumb) and Tyler Huntley (toe) during Sunday's loss to the Bills. Scott has not yet appeared in a regular-season game since signing with Baltimore as an undrafted free agent in 2025.

The Ravens waived Scott on Saturday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Scott signed a reserve/future contract with Baltimore in January but was unable to impress enough throughout the offseason to earn a roster spot. The 23-year-old spent last season on the team's practice squad and could be a candidate to do so once again should he go unclaimed on waivers.

Ravens' Lucas Scott: Inks future deal with Baltimore
Scott signed a reserve/future contract with the Ravens on Monday, Justin Robertson of the team's official site reports.
Scott signed with the Ravens in late April as an undrafted free agent, and the fullback out of Army opted to stay with the organization as a member of the practice squad after failing to crack the 53-man roster at the end of training camp. Scott did not appear in a regular-season game in 2025, but he'll be with the Ravens during offseason activities and aim toward cracking the active roster for the 2026 campaign. However, his playing opportunities figure to be limited for as long as veteran fullback Patrick Ricard is on the roster.
