Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Limited in return to practice
Price (chest) was limited in Thursday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
It was Price's first practice after being designated for return from injured reserve earlier Thursday, which opened the rookie running back's 21-day window for activation. With Zach Charbonnet (knee) potentially set to debut Monday night against the Bears and the presence of both Emanuel Wilson and George Holani, it's difficult to see any of these running backs being reliable fantasy options until/unless the Seahawks pare this backfield down.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Designated for return from IR
Price (chest) was designated to return from injured reserve Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
As was expected following head coach Mike Macdonald's comments from Monday, Price will see his first on-field work since suffering a chest injury in a Week 3 loss at Washington. The Seahawks also are honing in on a season debut for Zach Charbonnet (knee), so the team's backfield may soon be close to 100 percent. Ultimately, though, Thursday's injury report will provide a base line activity level for both RBs ahead of Monday's game against the Bears.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Return to practice on tap in Week 8
Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that Price (chest) will be designated for return from injured reserve during Week 8, Gregg Bell of Sports Radio 93.3 KJR Seattle reports.
Seattle will likely make the transaction official Thursday, when the team will hold its first practice ahead of next Monday's game against the Bears. Since the Seahawks will have a 21-day window to evaluate Price before they would need to reinstate him from IR, Macdonald acknowledged that a decision on the running back's status for Monday's contest likely won't be made until the end of the week. Whenever he's activated, Price could be part of a backfield committee backfield with Zach Charbonnet (knee) -- who appears to be trending toward making his 2026 debut versus Chicago -- and potentially Emanuel Wilson and George Holani.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: May return in Week 8
Head coach Mike Macdonald said Friday that Price "should be looking at a sooner rather than later return after" the Seahawks' next game in Week 7, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
Price was placed on injured reserve after Week 3 due to a lingering chest injury, and while he must miss one more contest to meet the minimum four-game requirement on the list, he appears as if he'll be ready to go when first eligible in Week 8 against the Bears on Monday, Nov. 2. In the meantime, the Seahawks are expected to get back fellow RB Zach Charbonnet (knee), so Price may be relegated to a lessened role once he's healthy enough to play again.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Placed on injured reserve
Price (chest) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Price saw his practice participation during Week 4 prep decline due to a chest injury before he was ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Chargers. The injury is severe enough for the rookie first-rounder to go on IR, meaning Price will be forced to miss at least the next four games and won't be eligible to return until at least Week 8 against the Bears on Sunday, Nov. 2. Emanuel Wilson and George Holani will serve as the Seahawks' top running backs for Week 4 due to Price's absence, but Zach Charbonnet (knee) could also be in the mix for backfield duties as soon as Week 5 against the 49ers if he's cleared to be activated from the reserve/PUP list.

Seahawks' Jadarian Price: Ruled out for Week 4
Coach Mike Macdonald said Friday that Price has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.
Price opened the week as limited Wednesday due to his existing chest injury and then didn't practice at all Thursday. Macdonald also told Crabtree that Price aggravated the chest issue during Wednesday's session, and now that he'll miss the first game of his career, Emanuel Wilson figures to pace the Seahawks backfield in Week 4, with George Holani (ribs) on hand for any RB reps that linger.
