  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: RBs to Start

Dylan Sampson (calf) missed practice Wednesday, and his absence could help Judkins' Fantasy outlook in Week 14 against the Titans. In Week 13 against San Francisco when Sampson was injured, Judkins had three catches for 18 yards on three targets, and it was his most receptions since Week 8 and most receiving yards since Week 5. He also added 23 carries for 91 yards, and Judkins has now scored at least 15.9 PPR points in each of his past two games against the Raiders and 49ers. Tennessee has allowed eight running backs this season to score at least 13.1 PPR points, and I like Judkins as a No. 2 Fantasy running back in the majority of leagues.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Tops 100 scrimmage yards Sunday

Judkins carried the ball 23 times for 91 yards and caught all three of his targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 26-8 loss to the 49ers. He added a two-point conversion on the ground. While the Browns lost the game, Judkins did manage to out-produce Christian McCaffrey by 109 combined yards to 74, although CMac scored a TD. It's the first time since Week 5, and the third time in 11 games, that Judkins reached triple-digit yards from scrimmage, and the rookie remains on pace to top 1,000 rushing yards heading into a Week 14 clash with the Titans.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Two rushing TDs in Week 12 win

Judkins rushed 16 times for 47 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 24-10 win over the Raiders. He wasn't targeted in the passing game. Judkins produced touchdown runs of eight yards and two yards in the first quarter, both of which came out of the wildcat formation, with Judkins taking the snap directly. He went into the medical tent twice to be evaluated for a head injury in the fourth quarter, per Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com, but Judkins gained clearance to return to the game. Judkins remains Cleveland's top backfield option on the ground, but fellow rookie Dylan Sampson has impressed as a pass catcher on a few occasions, and Sampson had a 66-yard touchdown reception on one of his nine touches Sunday. If the Browns can stay within striking distance, Judkins will likely get another hefty rushing workload in Week 13 against the 49ers.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Held in check Sunday

Judkins rushed 17 times for 59 yards while failing to secure either of his targets in Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Ravens. Judkins was stymied on the ground Sunday, falling short of the four yards-per-carry benchmark used to gauge a runner's effectiveness. It was the second time that the talented rookie was held in check by the Ravens' defense, resulting in a 60.0 rushing yard average with no touchdowns against the Browns' division rival this regular season. After a pair of inefficient outings coming out of Cleveland's Week 9 bye, Judkins' managers will look for a respite next Sunday against the Raiders, who are giving up over 100 rushing yards per game to opponents in 2025.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Gets 24 touches in loss

Judkins rushed 22 times for 75 yards and caught two of three targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Jets. Judkins was battling a shoulder injury prior to Cleveland's Week 9 bye, but he handled a healthy workload against the Jets, coming one touch shy of his career-high 25. The rookie second-round pick is the clear No. 1 option in the backfield for the Browns heading into a Week 11 home game against the Ravens. Baltimore beat the Browns by 24 points back in Week 2, and Judkins' rushing workload could be limited again if the rematch plays out similarly.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Facing 26th-ranked rush defense

Judkins is expected to be a big part of the offense in Week 10 against the Jets, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports. Judkins shook off a shoulder injury suffered in the Week 8 loss to New England and was a full-go during Wednesday's practice session. The Browns will look to take advantage of New York's defense, which lost two of its best players at the trade deadline and has allowed 135.8 rushing yards per game (26th in NFL). Leaning on the ground game, as Cleveland did during its Week 7 win over Miami, should be a part of the game plan under first-year offensive coordinator Tommy Rees, who was anointed by Kevin Stefanski to replace the head coach as the play caller this week. Judkins has been the lone highlight on a disjointed offense and should play a big role going forward as it looks to keep rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel out of difficult third-down spots.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: RBs to Start

Judkins (shoulder) is expected to play in Week 10 at the Jets after getting hurt in Week 8 at New England before Cleveland's bye. As long as he's healthy then you should start Judkins as a borderline No. 1 running back in all leagues. He scored at least 13.8 PPR points in four of five games before getting injured against the Patriots, and the Jets were already No. 11 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs before trading away standout defensive lineman Quinnen Williams to Dallas. This could be one of Judkins' best games of the season as long as his shoulder is OK.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Good to go after bye

Judkins (shoulder) isn't listed on Wednesday's injury report ahead of Sunday's game at the Jets. The Week 9 bye apparently gave him plenty of time to recover after an early departure from the Week 8 loss at New England. Judkins returns to an excellent matchup, facing a Jets defense that just lost its two best players in trades.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Considered day-to-day

Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday that Judkins (shoulder) is "day-to-day," Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Judkins was forced out of Sunday's loss to the Patriots in the third quarter, prior to which he rushed nine times for 19 yards and secured all three of his targets for minus-2 yards. To see the rookie second-round pick now labeled day-to-day is encouraging as to his odds of being ready to return to action after Cleveland's Week 9 bye, when the team will travel to face the Jets on Sunday, Nov. 9. If Judkins isn't ready to retake the field Week 10, however, Jerome Ford and Dylan Sampson will lead the Browns backfield. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that Judkins is dealing with an AC joint sprain.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Won't return Sunday

Judkins (shoulder) won't return to Sunday's game against the Patriots. Prior to sustaining his shoulder injury, Judkins carried nine times for 19 yards and caught all three of his targets for minus-2 yards. In Judkins' absence, Jerome Ford and Dylan Sampson are available to handle the Browns' backfield duties. Judkins' next chance to see game action will arrive Sunday, Nov. 9 against the Jets following Cleveland's Week 9 bye.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Effective with big workload Sunday

Judkins rushed 25 times for 84 yards and three touchdowns in the Browns' 31-16 win over the Dolphins on Sunday. As expected, Judkins handled significant volume on the ground against what had been a vulnerable Dolphins run defense, but he was just one run away from actually disappointing profoundly from an efficiency basis. The rookie back's season-long 46-yard run, which went for a touchdown early in the second quarter, was the first of a career-high three scores for Judkins and helped obscure the fact he netted a scant 38 yards on his other 24 carries. Nevertheless, the three trips to the end zone pushed Judkins' TD total to five in just six games, and he'll look for per-carry success in a Week 8 road matchup against the Patriots.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Top DFS Play

Judkins was disappointing in Week 6, but there is no better team to bounce back against than the Miami Dolphins. They have given up over five yards per carry four weeks in a row and at least 16 PPR Fantasy points to a running back in every one of those games. Judkins' 3.87 yards per carry after contact ranks fourth amongst running backs with at least 30 carries.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Limited production in loss

Judkins rushed the ball 12 times for 36 yards in Sunday's 23-9 loss to the Steelers. He did not catch his only target. The Browns fell behind early in the game and took to the air 52 times in a comeback effort. That limited Judkins' opportunity, and he also lost out on touches to Jerome Ford as a pass catcher. Judkins also suffered from an efficiency perspective, with his longest gain of the day going for only six yards. The Browns should be in a more neutral game script in Week 7 against Miami, so Judkins is likely to be in for a bounce-back performance.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: May see larger role Week 5

The Browns are expected to lean more on Judkins in Week 5 against the Vikings, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports. Cleveland's game against Minnesota on Sunday kicks off at 9:30 a.m. ET in London. The Browns are switching quarterbacks this week with rookie Dillon Gabriel replacing Joe Flacco. The state of Cleveland's offense dictated the QB change, but the problems in the passing game still exist, which indicates a more conservative, run-focused game plan. Starting an untested rookie could result in a greater reliance on Judkins, whose snap count and workload increased each week since his debut in the second game of the season. He had a season-high 21 carries last week against the Lions and could see that number increase.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Stands out as No. 1 back in win

Judkins rushed 18 times for 94 yards and a touchdown while bringing in one of two targets for one yard in the Browns' 13-10 win over the Packers on Sunday. Logging his first official NFL start, Judkins set the tone for his second productive performance in as many career games with a seven-yard gain on the Browns' first play from scrimmage. The rookie second-round pick would go on to add a game-long 38-yard run shortly before the halfway point of the fourth quarter, and he then powered in for a one-yard touchdown later in the period that erased a 10-3 deficit. Judkins already looks like a bona fide No. 1 back, and he could see his workload bump up a notch following another week of practice ahead of a Week 4 road matchup against the Lions.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Slated for starting role Sunday

Judkins is on track to serve as the Browns' starting running back Sunday against the Packers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. After being added back to the Browns' 53-man roster for Week 2 after sitting out the Week 1 loss to the Bengals due to his late signing, Judkins technically started in last Sunday's 41-17 loss to Baltimore, but he still finished second among Cleveland running backs in snaps. Jerome Ford (35 snaps) led the way while Judkins (20) narrowly outpaced Dylan Sampson (17), but Judkins made his mark during his time on the field, carrying 10 times for 61 yards while adding three catches for 10 yards on three targets. After a strong professional debut followed by a trio of full practices this week, the rookie second-round pick will draw his second straight start Sunday, but this time he could supplant Ford as the lead option in the Browns' three-man backfield committee. While Judkins should be in line for an uptick in touches, he could have difficulty finding much open running room versus a Packers defense that held the Lions to 2.1 yards per carry in Week 1 and the Commanders to 2.7 YPC in Week 2.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: RBs to Sit

Judkins looked good in his NFL debut in Week 2 at Baltimore with 10 carries for 61 yards and three catches for 10 yards on three targets. He did that with no training camp and minimal practice prior to facing the Ravens, and he should continue to improve as the season goes on. But I would only consider him a flex option at best in Week 3 against Green Bay. The Packers so far have limited the backfields for Detroit and Washington to 32 carries for 78 yards and no touchdowns. Now is not the time to throw Judkins into your lineup in most leagues, but that could happen sooner rather than later based on what he showed us in Week 2.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Officially activated for Sunday

Judkins (personal) was activated to the 53-man roster Saturday and is expected to make his debut in Sunday's game versus the Ravens. The Browns were granted a two-game roster exemption for the 2025 second-rounder ahead of Week 1, but they'll officially bring Judkins on board for Sunday's divisional clash. At the time of this report, Judkins is still listed as questionable, although his activation puts him on track to play. Judkins made his first practice appearance since June when he joined the team on the field Thursday, so it's unlikely that he'll be ready for a full workload. He figures to mix in behind fellow rookie Dylan Sampson and veteran Jerome Ford.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Won't practice Wednesday

Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski noted that Judkins, who is not at the Browns' facility and won't practice Wednesday, is expected back with the team Thursday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports. Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer previously reported that Judkins is in line to be interviewed by the NFL this week regarding his domestic battery charge under its personal conduct policy. According to Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram, that meeting is taking place Wednesday. Stefanski didn't comment on that topic Wednesday, noting that the Browns are taking it day-by-day with Judkins, with the team having been granted a two-game roster exemption for the running back after he didn't sign his rookie deal with the team until this past Saturday.

  • Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Granted two-game roster exemption

Judkins officially signed his rookie contract with the Browns on Saturday and has been granted a two-game roster exemption. Judkins' two-game exemption will allow him to practice with the team without counting against the 53-man roster for up to two games, meaning Cleveland won't be required to immediately cut a player in a corresponding transaction. The rookie second-round pick won't be eligible to play until the exemption is lifted, however, and all expectations are that he won't be in consideration to suit up Sunday versus the Bengals. Judkins' exemption provides him a window to get up to speed after having sat out all of training camp and the preseason, after which he'll join a backfield that also houses Jerome Ford, Dylan Sampson and Raheim Sanders. Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com confirms that the NFL's investigation into Judkins for a potential violation of the league's personal conduct policy is still ongoing, and that his four-year, $11.4 million rookie deal is fully guaranteed.
