Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Back at practice Sunday
Morrison (hamstring) was a full participant in Sunday's training camp practice, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
Morrison missed the first three practices of training camp while tending to a lingering hamstring injury from the 2025 season, but he was back in action Sunday with no restrictions. Leg injuries limited the 2025 second-rounder to 10 regular-season games during his rookie year, finishing with 26 tackles (19 solo), four pass defenses and one fumble recovery. Morrison is projected to start opposite Zyon McCollum at outside cornerback, with Josh Hayes and Damarion Williams providing depth at the position.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Remains hampered by hamstring
Morrison remains limited in practice at training camp due to a hamstring injury, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Morrison worked off to the side with the training staff Wednesday after he initially suffered the strained hamstring during spring work. Morrison was a second-round pick last year and appeared in just 10 regular-season games as a rookie, making three starts. With Jamel Dean now in Pittsburgh, Morrison is expected to compete for a starting job at cornerback this summer.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Dealing with leg injury
Morrison missed Thursday's OTA session due to a leg issue, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Quadriceps and hamstring injuries limited Morrison to 10 games during his rookie season in 2025, though it's unclear if this is a similar issue. Morrison was selected in the second round of the draft last year and projects as a starter when available.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Leg issues shorten rookie season
Morrison totaled 26 tackles (19 solo), four defensed passes and one fumble recovery across 10 regular-season games in 2025.
Morrison's NFL debut was delayed until Week 2 due to a quadriceps injury, while hamstring issues, which also wiped out his entire preseason, cost him another five games. The 2025 second-round pick did get back on the field for the last three games of the regular season after his final set of absences, finishing in solid form with 13 tackles (eight solo), a pass defensed and a fumble recovery in that span. With a healthy offseason and preseason, Morrison could certainly make a push for a much larger role in 2026 after averaging 35.9 defensive snaps per contest as a rookie.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Ready for Saturday
Morrison (hamstring) has no injury designation ahead of Saturday's matchup against the Panthers, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
The 21-year-old rookie from Notre Dame upgraded from a DNP on Tuesday to a full practice session Thursday, suggesting he's moved past his hamstring issue in time to play Saturday. Morrison has played well throughout his rookie campaign, recording 24 total tackles and four passes defensed over nine appearances. Now fully healthy, he's expected to operate as one of the Buccaneers' top outside cornerbacks in the Week 18 contest.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Nursing hamstring injury
Morrison (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Morrison was held out of Tuesday's walkthrough due to a hamstring issue that he likely picked up against the Dolphins in Week 17. He was able to practice in a limited capacity Wednesday, and he would likely avoid an injury designation for Saturday's NFC South tilt against the Panthers if he were to log a full session Thursday. It's unclear whether Morrison's current hamstring injury is to the same leg that caused him to miss three games from Weeks 12 to 14.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Scratched from lineup
Morrison (coach's decision) is inactive for Thursday's game against the Falcons, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Morrison has missed Tampa Bay's last three games with a hamstring injury, though he managed to practice in full for the entire week leading up to Thursday's game. He's played a fairly significant role in the team's secondary, so this decision could indicate that Morrison is still not back to full strength.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Deemed full participant Monday
Morrison (hamstring) was estimated as a full participant in Monday's practice walkthrough, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Morrison has been dealing with a hamstring issue throughout the campaign and has missed each of Tampa Bay's past three games. While it's certainly promising that the rookie cornerback was deemed a full participant Monday, it's also worth noting that he logged three full practices last week and still didn't suit up Sunday against New Orleans. It remains to be seen if Morrison will be able to return to action against Atlanta on Thursday.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Out again Sunday
Morrison (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's Week 14 tilt against New Orleans, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Morrison will miss his third straight game due to the hamstring issue. That comes as a bit of a surprise since he was able to log three full practices this week, but Tampa Bay deemed him questionable on Friday's final injury report, and reports surfaced late Saturday that the rookie cornerback wasn't expected to suit up. With that indeed the case, Kindle Vildor and Josh Hayes should work as the Buccaneers' reserve cornerbacks behind starters Zyon McCollum, Jamel Dean and Jacob Parrish.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Unlikely to play Sunday
Morrison (hamstring) is listed as questionable but isn't expected to play in Sunday's game against the Saints, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
After logging a trio of full practices this week, Morrison seemed poised to put an end to a two-game absence Sunday, but the rookie cornerback apparently needs more time to heal from his hamstring injury. Assuming Morrison is included on Tampa Bay's Week 14 inactive list, Kindle Vildor and Josh Hayes will likely suit up as the Buccaneers' reserve cornerbacks behind starters Zyon McCollum, Jamel Dean and Jacob Parrish.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Looking likely to return Week 14
Morrison (hamstring) logged a full practice Wednesday.
Morrison first hurt his hamstring back on Sept. 28 during a matchup against the Eagles. He missed the next two games, then played in four straight, but has missed Tampa Bay's past two contests. With a full practice under his belt to begin Week 14 prep, Morrison seems likely to return to action Sunday versus New Orleans as long as he doesn't experience any setbacks before then.

Buccaneers' Benjamin Morrison: Remains out for Week 13
Morrison (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Cardinals, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
Morrison practiced in a limited capacity both Wednesday and Thursday but is now in line to miss his second consecutive game due to a hamstring injury. The 2025 second-round pick from Notre Dame has appeared in just seven games this season, recording 13 total tackles and three passes defensed. While he's sidelined in Week 13, Kindle Vildor could have an expanded role as Tampa Bay's top reserve boundary corner.
