The veteran linebacker has played five NFL seasons, spending time with the Bears, Lions and the Cardinals since entering the league in 2019. Woods (abdomen) worked out with Atlanta on Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Woods hurt his abdomen last December and ended the season on injured reserve. The veteran linebacker had been a starter for Arizona prior to the injury and finished the campaign with a career-high 61 tackles (33 solo), including 0.5 sacks, over 11 regular-season games. Now that he's clear of the abdominal issue, Woods is looking to find work with a new organization.
