Broncos' Lucas Krull: Three grabs against Cleveland
Krull caught all three of his targets for 24 yards in Monday's 41-32 win over the Browns.
Krull paced all Denver tight ends in targets, receptions and yards Monday, though he played fewer offensive snaps (22) then both Adam Trautman (37) and Nate Adkins (26). The 26-year-old's involvement in the passing game, though minimal, was an improvement over his last two weeks in which he failed to earn a single target on 38 snaps in that span. Nonetheless, Krull is not seeing enough usage to garner any attention for fantasy purposes. The Broncos will host the Colts on Dec. 15 when they return from their Week 14 bye.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Questionable to return
Krull (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Panthers, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Three grabs in win
Krull caught three of four targets for 41 yards in Thursday's 33-10 win over the Saints.
Krull played 29 of the Bronco's 65 offensive snaps Thursday, while fellow tight end Adam Trautman played 40 snaps. This comes a week after Krull's playing time nearly doubled that of Trautman against the Chargers in Week 6. Despite the flip in playing time, the 26-year-old Krull was the more effective of the two tight ends, as Trautman was unable to record a single catch on three targets. Meanwhile, Krull's three catches and 41 yards were both season highs for the Pittsburgh product. The 6-foot-6, 260-pounder has continued to push for a more prominent role in Denver's passing attack, and he'll have his next opportunity to do just that when the Broncos host the Panthers in Week 8.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Four targets in loss
Krull caught two of his four targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Chargers.
In his second game of the 2024 campaign, Krull appeared to take over the lead role at tight end for the Broncos, playing 33 of Denver's 55 offensive snaps, ahead of fellow tight ends Adam Trautman (17) and Nate Adkins (15). The 26-year-old Krull's four targets were the most any Broncos tight end has recorded since Greg Dulcich's eight-target game in Week 2 against the Steelers. It's possible that Krull could take over the top spot on the depth chart in Denver, but that role has not come with much production so far in 2024. The 6-foot-6, 260-pounder will look to build upon this performance when the Broncos visit the Saints in Week 7.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: One grab in debut
Krull secured his lone target for five yards in Sunday's 34-18 win over the Raiders.
Krull made his season debut Sunday after being a healthy inactive for the first four weeks of the 2024 campaign. The 26-year-old tight end played just 18 of the Broncos' 63 offensive snaps in the contest, behind both Adam Trautman (34) and Nate Adkins (32). Krull's involvement, though limited, coincided with the fact that teammate Greg Dulcich was inactive against the Raiders. It's possible his role as a pass catcher could increase throughout the season with Dulcich struggling to cement himself as a the top option in passing situations as many expected. Until then, Krull should not be trusted for fantasy purposes. The Broncos are set to host the Chargers in Week 6.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Ready to play Sunday
Krull is active for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
After being a healthy inactive for the first four weeks, Krull is set to make his season debut. He caught eight of 14 targets for 95 yards and a touchdown last season and could see an increased role in Week 5 due to Greg Dulcich (coach's decision) being inactive.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Won't suit up Sunday
Krull (coach's decision) is listed as inactive for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay.
Krull is going to have to wait at least one more week before he makes his first appearance of the 2024 season. The Broncos will have to lean heavily on Greg Dulcich and Adam Trautman for snaps at tight end in Week 3.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Not suiting up in opener
Krull (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 1 matchup against the Seahawks.
The reserve tight end is a clear No. 3 option behind Adam Trautman and Greg Dulcich, rendering his status as a healthy scratch in Week 1 unsurprising.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Cleared from injury
Krull (toe) returned to practice Wednesday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
Krull exited the Broncos' Sunday exhibition game against the Colts early with the injury. His quick return will help keep him firmly in the competition for the team's No. 3 tight end spot behind Adam Trautman and Greg Dulcich.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Exits exhibition game with injury
Krull won't return to Sunday's preseason contest against Indianapolis due to a toe injury, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
Krull initially headed to the medical tent after getting hurt and was then carted off the field. Prior to his exit, he caught all four of his targets for 31 yards and also lost a fumble. Krull is competing for the No. 3 tight-end role with Denver for the 2024 campaign.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Plays seven games in 2023
Krull finished the 2023 season with eight catches on 14 targets for 95 yards and a touchdown.
Krull appeared in just seven contests in his first season with the Broncos after spending much of the 2023 campaign on Denver's practice squad. The 25-year-old tight end started his NFL career in New Orleans, appearing in just one game with the Saints. Krull's touchdown in Week 16 of this season was the first of his career while he played a depth role with Greg Dulcich (foot) on injured reserve at the end of the season. The 6-foot-6, 260-pounder is under contract with the Broncos through the 2024 season, so he'll head into the offseason competing to play a larger role in the Denver's offense.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Quiet in Week 17
Krull secured both of his targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 16-9 win over the Chargers.
Krull played 33 percent of the team's offensive snaps behind fellow tight ends Adam Trautman (49) and Chris Manhertz (33). The 25-year-old's involvement on offense took a dip in Week 17 after he saw five targets in Week 16. With limited opportunities, Krull remains far off the fantasy radar heading into a Week 18 matchup with the Raiders.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Hits paydirt in loss
Krull secured four of five targets for 28 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 26-23 loss to the Patriots.
Krull's touchdown was his first of the season, while his four receptions were also his most over five appearances in 2023. The 25-year-old played 32 percent of Denver's offensive snaps, trailing fellow tight ends Adam Trautman (49) and Chris Manhertz (35). Despite the limited playing time, Krull's five targets were tied for a team-high in the contest. Even with his increased usage Sunday, Krull should remain far off the fantasy radar when the Broncos host the Chargers in Week 17.

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Added to active roster
The Broncos signed Krull to their 53-man roster Saturday, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.
Krull had already been elevated to the practice squad three times this season, so it was necessary for Denver to sign him to the active roster in order for him to suit up Saturday. He caught the first pass of his NFL career last week against the Chargers, gaining 35 yards on the play. Krull's spot on the team has arrived with Greg Dulcich (hamstring) on injured reserve, though Dulcich has been designated to return and could be back as soon as next week.

Krull was elevated to the active roster for the third time this season in Sunday's win over the Chargers. He played 19 snaps -- 17 on offense, two on special teams -- and caught his only target for 35 yards. If the Broncos want to utilize Krull again they'll have to sign him to the active roster, as he's reached the maximum amount of elevations from the practice squad.

Krull reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday.
Krull was part of Denver's active roster for the second time this year, falling to reel in his only target, which was ultimately a game-ending interception thrown by Russell Wilson. The tight end will now wait for his next chance to appear in a game with the Broncos.
