Olaijah Griffin: Let go by Giants
Griffin was cut by the Giants on Monday, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
Griffin was signed by New York in mid-August after the Bills waived him following their first preseason game. However, the defensive back's tenure with the Giants lasted only a few weeks, as he didn't make the 53-man roster. Griffin didn't log any NFL snaps during his first year as a pro last season.

Giants' Olaijah Griffin: Picked up by Giants
Griffin was claimed off waivers by the Giants early this week, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Griffin hooked on with Buffalo as an unrestricted free agent last season, but he didn't see any NFL action and was waived after the team's first preseason game this year. He'll get another chance with New York , though he's a long shot to make the 53-man roster.

Olaijah Griffin: Let go after first preseason game
Griffin was waived by the Bills on Sunday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
The Bills are banged up in the secondary, but with several of those injured players expected back for Week 1, Griffin wasn't able to make it past the early round of roster cuts. The undrafted free agent out of USC (2020) is now free to look for a new opportunity elsewhere.
