Warren (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Mike DeFabo of The Athletic reports.
Warren was a full participant in practice Thursday and Friday, suggesting that he has fully recovered from the hamstring injury he picked up in mid-August. Despite an offseason overhaul that included a new quarterback in Russell Wilson (questionable, calf) and a new offensive coordinator in Arthur Smith, Pittsburgh is expected to deploy its backfield duo of Najee Harris and Warren in similar proportions to last season. Warren had 149 carries and 74 targets in the 2023 regular season to Harris' 255 carries and 38 targets.

Warren has been rehabbing a hamstring issue since being injured in an Aug. 17 preseason game, including being limited in Wednesday's practice, but it looks like he's fully ready for Week 1. The third-year pro doesn't look like he'll carry an injury designation into Sunday's road matchup against the Falcons, so it appears as though fantasy managers can be confident in Warren handling a key role out of the Pittsburgh backfield alongside Najee Harris.

Warren (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Warren missed a couple weeks of practice after injuring his hamstring Aug. 17 during a preseason game. He said Aug. 26 that he anticipated playing Week 1, and he reiterated as much Monday after returning to practice. His consistent optimism is a good sign, but fantasy managers will feel even better if Warren progresses to full practice participation Thursday and/or Friday.

Warren (hamstring) said that he practiced Monday, Dale Lolley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Though the extent of Warren's activity in practice won't be known until the Steelers release their first official injury report of the season Wednesday, Warren said that he'll "be ready by Sunday." Assuming he's available for the team's regular-season opener against the Falcons, Warren will be in line to operate in a timeshare with fellow running back Najee Harris.
