Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Leads team with 32 receiving yards
McConkey had three receptions on four targets for 32 yards in Sunday's 16-3 wild-card loss to the Patriots.
The Chargers failed to keep QB Justin Herbert upright against New England's aggressive pass rush Sunday, resulting in barely any shots being taken downfield in a muted performance by the offense. McConkey wound up leading the team in receiving and grabbing the longest reception (20 yards) of the night for his club despite registering a forgettable stat line in the season-ending loss. The sophomore had a down year in 2025, finishing the regular season with 16 fewer receptions, 360 less yards and one fewer touchdown in the same amount of games played as his stellar rookie campaign (82-1,149-7). McConkey will attempt to reestablish himself as one of Justin Herbert's top receiving options and budding stars of the league when the Chargers regroup this upcoming offseason.

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Rests in Week 18 loss
McConkey did not play in Sunday's 19-3 loss to the Broncos.
With the Chargers looking ahead to the AFC playoffs, head coach Jim Harbaugh chose to rest McConkey and many other offensive players against the Broncos. The 24-year-old wideout finished the regular season with 66 receptions for 789 yards and six touchdowns on 106 targets, all down from his rookie campaign. Despite seeing a dip in his production in his second season, McConkey led the team in receiving yards. The Georgia product will look to have a key role in the Chargers' offensive plans Sunday when the team visits New England in the AFC wild-card round of the playoffs.

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Big gain on one catch
McConkey brought in one of two targets for 31 yards and returned two punts for 13 yards in the Chargers' 20-16 loss to the Texans on Saturday.
McConkey's inconsistent production persisted in Saturday's key game, although the second-year wideout made a significant contribution on his one catch. McConkey hasn't cleared 43 receiving yards in five consecutive games, but he'll still head into the Week 18 road matchup against the Broncos with an outside chance of recording the 111 receiving yards he'd need to hit the 900-yard mark for the second time in as many pro seasons.

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Another touchdown in win
McConkey caught four of his six targets for 43 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-17 win over the Cowboys.
McConkey will be hard-pressed to surpass his yardage total from last year given the litany of offensive line injuries Los Angeles has tried to survive, but the second-year wideout has quietly become a potent scoring threat -- he tallied his 13th regular-season touchdown of his career Sunday. The 24-year-old has yet to surpass 50 receiving yards since a stretch where he exceeded the mark in five consecutive games in Weeks 6-10. That directly coincides with the timing of the injury to Joe Alt (ankle) and bears keeping in mind for fantasy managers ahead of a difficult matchup against the Texans in Week 17.

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Limited to two catches in win
McConkey secured two of three targets for 20 yards in the Chargers' 16-13 win over the Chiefs on Sunday.
McConkey was once again quiet in the gritty road win, finishing with less than 25 receiving yards for the third time in the last four games. McConkey's muted afternoon was all the more noteworthy considering the absence of Quentin Johnston (groin), and his target tally was his lowest of the season. The second-year wideout will look to exploit an inconsistent Cowboys secondary in a Week 16 road showdown next Sunday.

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Set to play in Week 15
McConkey (foot) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game in Kansas City.
A foot injury limited McConkey in all three Week 15 practices, but it won't impact his ability to suit up this weekend. He's been relatively quiet in two contests since the Chargers' Week 12 bye, hauling in just five of 11 targets for 51 yards and one touchdown. Fellow WR Quentin Johnston (groin) is listed as questionable, so a bit more volume could be coming McConkey's way if the former is inhibited or sidelined Sunday.

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Another limited practice
McConkey (foot) remained limited at practice Thursday.
After being on the field for 86 percent of the Chargers' snaps on offense in Monday's 22-19 overtime win over the Eagles, McConkey has logged back-to-back limited practice sessions. Friday's final injury report will thus reveal whether the wideout, who hauled in just one of his five targets for 12 yards versus Philadelphia, carries an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
