Faulk has two helpers over six outings since he returned from an upper-body injury that cost him two games. He remains in a prominent role, with top-four minutes and power-play time, and it doesn't look like the Blues' trade for Cam Fowler will hurt Faulk's usage. Still, Faulk has struggled a bit this year with nine points, 53 shots on net, 38 hits, 47 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating over 31 appearances, and the change in head coaches from Drew Bannister to Jim Montgomery hasn't had much of an effect on Faulk's production.

Faulk snapped a 15-game point drought with this assist. The 32-year-old defenseman now has six points, 46 shots on net, 39 blocked shots, 31 hits and a minus-6 rating over 24 appearances. The good news is that he remains firmly in a top-four role, so he should have plenty of chances to get his season back on track now that the slump is over.

Faulk is minus-10 with 39 shots on net, 23 blocked shots and 14 hits in that span. It's a bit of a bizarre drought -- he started the campaign with five points over eight outings. Faulk hasn't lost his top-four role or power-play spot, averaging 23:21 of ice time per game, including 2:24 with the man advantage. The non-scoring production has softened the blow of the slump, but fantasy managers may want to turn to a hotter hand to fill out their defensive depth.
