Sabres' Jason Zucker: Nets goal in Saturday's loss
Zucker scored a goal on four shots in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Capitals.
Zucker got a piece of the puck on a Jordan Greenway feed, scoring the opening goal just 1:36 into the game. The Sabres didn't build off that, and the Capitals ultimately played a better game. Zucker has been good all season, and he's been even better in December. He has compiled three goals and four assists over his last six contests. Zucker has eight goals, 21 points, 55 shots on net, 26 hits, 29 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 30 appearances in 2024-25.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Three points in losing effort
Zucker scored two goals and added an assist in Monday's 6-5 shootout loss to the Red Wings.
It's the first three-point performance of the season for the veteran winger, and Zucker extended his current point streak to four games in the process. After a rough 2023-24 campaign split between the Coyotes and Predators, Zucker has found new life in Buffalo, collecting seven goals and 20 points in 28 contests -- a pace that would give him a shot at his first 60-point season since 2017-18.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Puts up helper in loss
Zucker notched an assist and two shots on goal in Tuesday's 5-4 loss to the Avalanche.
Zucker snapped a four-game point drought in this contest. The 32-year-old winger played on the top line and led the Sabres' forwards in ice time (20:54). Zucker is up to 15 points (six on the power play), 37 shots on net, 27 PIM, 15 hits and a plus-3 rating over 25 appearances. He's put together a decent start to the campaign, and if he sticks on the top line, he's worth a speculative add in most fantasy formats.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Nets game-tying goal
Zucker scored a goal on four shots and added two PIM in Friday's 3-2 overtime win over the Ducks.
Zucker has goals in consecutive games and has gotten on the scoresheet in three straight outings follow a dry spell of equal length from Nov. 9-14. His tally late in the second period tied this contest at 2-2, and the Sabres went on to win in overtime on a Jiri Kulich goal. Zucker is up to five goals, 14 points, 30 shots on net, 27 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 20 appearances. He had 32 points in 69 regular-season outings between the Coyotes and the Predators in 2023-24, so he's well on his way to a bounce-back campaign.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Scores lone goal in win
Zucker scored a power-play goal on three shots and added two PIM in Wednesday's 1-0 win over the Kings.
Zucker opened the scoring 38 seconds into the third period, and that was the lone goal of the game. He snapped a seven-game goal drought with the tally -- the winger had three helpers (two on the power play) in that span. Zucker has been a middle-six fixture at even strength, but he's seeing top-unit power-play time in the absence of Tage Thompson (lower body). For the season, Zucker is up to four goals, 13 points (six on the power play), 26 shots on net, 25 PIM, 11 hits and a plus-2 rating over 19 contests. He's worth a look in fantasy as long as he continues to be productive on offense, particularly with the man advantage.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Helps out on power play
Zucker logged a power-play assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Flyers.
Zucker has gone seven games without a goal, picking up three assists and nine shots on net in that span. The 32-year-old winger has done pretty well in a middle-six role with power-play time, earning 12 points (five on the power play), 23 shots on net, 10 hits, 23 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 18 contests. Zucker has peaked in the 40-50 point range most of the time, but that's enough offense to be worth a look in fantasy.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Two points in loss
Zucker found the back of the net and added an assist in Friday's 4-3 loss to the Islanders.
Zucker has scored in three consecutive contests and is riding a three-game point streak after Friday's two-point performance. The left-shot winger has provided solid fantasy value in a middle-six role while filling a spot on the top power-play unit. Zucker is in a three-way tie for second on the team in points with nine (three goals, six assists). The 32-year-old has added 14 shots, three blocks, five hits and a plus-1 rating across 11 outings.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Tallies on power play again
Zucker scored a power-play goal on two shots in Monday's 5-2 loss to the Panthers.
Zucker has a power-play goal in each of the last two games. If he can stay on the first unit, that would give him a better avenue to offense than his third-line role at even strength. For the season, Zucker has two goals, five assists, 12 shots on net, 16 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 10 appearances.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Opens scoring with power-play goal
Zucker scored a power-play goal on two shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Red Wings.
The goal was Zucker's first of the campaign, but he's settled in pretty well to a middle-six role since the Sabres came back from Prague. He has earned six points over his last seven games, accounting for all of his offense on the year. The winger has added 10 shots on net, four hits, three blocked shots and 16 PIM through nine contests overall.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Two helpers in OT loss
Zucker picked up two assists in Wednesday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Penguins.
The veteran winger had a hand in a Jordan Greenway tally in the first period and a Ryan McLeod goal in the third that gave Buffalo its last lead of the night. After being held off the scoresheet in the first three games of the season, Zucker has notched three helpers in the last two.

Sabres' Jason Zucker: Signs one-year deal
Zucker signed a one-year, $5 million contract with the Sabres on Monday, per Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.
Zucker had 14 goals, 32 points, 81 PIM and 98 hits in 69 regular-season contests between Arizona and Nashville in 2023-24. He'll likely serve in a middle-six capacity next season. Given that this is just a one-year deal, it wouldn't be surprising if Zucker is involved in a midseason trade should the Sabres fall out of the playoff hunt.

Predators' Jason Zucker: Draws helper in win
Zucker logged an assist, three hits and two PIM in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Canucks in Game 2.
Zucker has a goal and an assist over two playoff contests, already more offense than he had in his last eight regular-season outings (one goal). The 32-year-old winger looks set to stay in a middle-six role during the postseason. He should also see some power-play time, but the strength of the Predators' top line makes it tough to rely on their depth forwards for scoring.

Predators' Jason Zucker: Tallies opening goal
Zucker scored a goal on three shots and added two hits in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Canucks in Game 1.
Zucker has two goals over nine appearances in April. The winger has played in a middle-six role for much of his time in Nashville following a trade from Arizona at the deadline in March. He had 32 points over 69 regular-season appearances, and without a larger power-play role, it's unlikely his offense takes a significant step forward in the playoffs.

Predators' Jason Zucker: Scores twice against former team
Zucker scored two goals on three shots in Thursday's 8-4 loss to the Coyotes.
Zucker had the Predators up 2-0 at 5:11 of the first period, earning his first multi-goal game of the campaign. He's now scored eight times at Mullett Arena this season -- six times for the Coyotes in addition to two goals Thursday. He's up to 13 tallies, 30 points, 129 shots on net, 87 hits and a minus-8 rating through 60 appearances this season.

Predators' Jason Zucker: Bound for Music City
Zucker was traded to the Predators from the Coyotes on Friday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports. In exchange, Arizona gets a 2024 sixth-round pick, per Pierre LeBrun of The Athletic.
Zucker has been forced to sit out Arizona's last two games while awaiting this eventual move but he will now be able to get back on the ice, perhaps as early as Saturday's clash with Columbus. The veteran winger has managed just one goal in his last 12 contests while also registering six helpers, 21 shots and four power-play points. Zucker should slot into a middle-six role with the Preds.

Coyotes' Jason Zucker: Sitting once again Thursday
Zucker (not injury related) won't play Thursday against Minnesota because of trade-related reasons, per Craig Morgan of PHNX Sports.
Zucker has registered nine goals and 16 assists through 51 games with the Coyotes this season. The 32-year-old will be a valuable third-line piece if traded to a contender. He is eligible for unrestricted free agency in the summer.

Coyotes' Jason Zucker: Two-point effort Sunday
Zucker scored a power-play goal and added an even-strength assist in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Capitals.
After helping set up Logan Cooley for the game's opening goal in the first period, Zucker gave Arizona a 2-0 lead early in the second with his first power-play tally since Nov. 14. The performance snapped a slump in which Zucker had managed only one helper in his previous nine games. The veteran winger has made little impact during his first campaign with the Coyotes, producing nine goals and 25 points in 51 contests.

Coyotes' Jason Zucker: Posts power-play helper
Zucker notched a power-play assist and four shots on goal in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Jets.
Zucker snapped his five-game point drought with the helper. The winger's veteran presence could be helpful for the Coyotes if Clayton Keller (upper body) misses time with the injury he sustained Sunday. Zucker has had mediocre returns on offense this season with 23 points, 96 shots on net, 67 hits, 48 PIM and a minus-3 rating through 47 outings, but he's spent a large portion of the campaign in a bottom-six role.

Coyotes' Jason Zucker: Picks up assist in loss
Zucker logged an assist, two hits and two PIM in Monday's 5-3 loss to the Flyers.
Zucker has five points over three games since the All-Star break. It's not great that he was listed on the fourth line Monday, but he's still finding ways to contribute despite a shrinking role. The 32-year-old winger has 22 points, 86 shots on net, 49 hits, 48 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 41 outings overall. Zucker figures to be the first to move up the lineup if there's an injury to another winger.
