  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Set to return

Raddysh (personal) is expected to play Thursday versus the Red Wings, Benjamin Pierce of the Lightning's official site reports.

Raddysh missed Tuesday's game while attending his father's memorial service, but he has rejoined the Lightning. Look for Raddysh to fill a top-pairing role with power-play time moving forward.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Missing Tuesday's game

Raddysh (personal) is unavailable for Tuesday's home matchup against the Blue Jackets, Benjamin Pierce of the Lightning's official site reports.

Raddysh is with his family Tuesday to attend the memorial service for his father, Dwayne. It will be the first game Raddysh has missed since Nov. 4. Victor Hedman skated with the No. 1 power-play unit during Tuesday's morning skate, while Charle-Edouard D'Astous worked with the second group, per Pierce. Tampa Bay's next game is at home against Detroit on Thursday.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Puts up trio of helpers

Raddysh notched three assists, four shots on goal, seven PIM and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 8-7 loss to the Sabres.

Raddysh has remained productive since the Olympic break, compiling six assists, including three on the power play, over his last seven games. The 30-year-old defenseman is up to 58 points (23 on the power play), 153 shots on net, 59 hits, 56 blocked shots, 36 PIM and a plus-18 rating in a breakout campaign.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Six-game, 10-point streak

Raddysh delivered an assist in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Panthers.

Raddysh extended his point streak to six games (five goals, five assists). Fantasy managers keep waiting for him to crash back to earth, but there are no signs of such an implosion. Raddysh looks real this season. He has 17 goals, 35 assists, 20 power-play points, 129 shots and a plus-17 rating. His 13.4 shooting percentage is bound to come back down at some point, but enjoy the run until it does.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Five-game goal streak

Raddysh scored a goal and added an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime win over Buffalo.

Raddysh is on a five-game goal streak (four assists), and he has 21 shots in that span. Three of his goals came on the power play. Raddysh has gone full beast mode this season, and we hope he never wakes up from this dream. He has 17 goals, 34 assists, a plus-16 rating, 127 shots and 19 power-play points (nine goals) in just 48 games. Raddysh has also been supremely clutch -- he has five game-winning goals this season.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: One of each Sunday

Raddysh scored a power-play goal on seven shots and added an assist in Sunday's 6-5 shootout win over the Bruins in the Stadium Series.

Victor Hedman (elbow) was eased back into a seven-defensemen lineup, with Raddysh seeing a team-high 29:38 of ice time. Even with the Lightning's blue line at full strength, there's no reason to reduce Raddysh's role, as he has scored in four straight games and has seven points in that span. For the season, the 29-year-old has 16 goals, 49 points (18 on the power play), 124 shots on net, 46 hits, 46 blocked shots, 23 PIM and a plus-17 rating over 47 appearances.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Offensive skills continue to shine

Raddysh had a goal and two assists Thursday in a 4-1 win over the Jets.

The goal -- his 15th of the season -- stood as the winner. Raddysh seems to have come out of nowhere this season, but his skill has been there for a long time. While undrafted out of junior, Raddysh won the Max Kaminsky Trophy as the OHL's top defender in 2016-17. He currently sits sixth in the league in scoring with 47 points from the blue line; he's tied with Cale Makar for third in goals. Raddysh is on a three-game goal (three) and point (five) streak; it includes 11 shots and two power-play goals.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Another power-play goal

Raddysh scored a power-play goal in Monday's 2-0 win over Utah.

Raddysh broke the deadlock with a slap shot at the 17:38 mark of the second period. He's having an outstanding season in 2025-26 and is already up to 14 goals, with eight of those coming with the man advantage. Raddysh has established a new career-best mark in points with 44 (14 goals, 30 helpers) across 45 contests this season, so he should be rostered across all formats going forward.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Continues breakout campaign

Raddysh tallied a power-play goal in Saturday's 8-5 loss to the Blue Jackets.

It was Raddysh's first goal in nine games, and his 13th this season. He has amassed 43 points (13 goals, 30 assists) and 109 shots on net through 44 games in 2025-26. It has been an incredible breakout showing for the undrafted 29-year-old defender, who had a career-high 37 points in 73 regular-season outings a year ago.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Deals two power-play helpers

Raddysh logged two power-play assists, six shots on goal and three blocked shots in Friday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Blues.

Raddysh saw a six-game point streak end Tuesday in Pittsburgh, but it didn't take him long to get back on the scoresheet. He helped out on power-play tallies by Nikita Kucherov and Oliver Bjorkstrand in this contest. Raddysh continues to play a massive role, especially with the man advantage, in the absence of Victor Hedman (elbow). For the season, Raddysh has career highs in goals (12), points (41), power-play points (15) and plus-minus rating (plus-17) while adding 97 shots on net, 38 hits and 37 blocked shots across 40 appearances.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Six-game, 12-point streak

Raddysh had two assists Monday in a 5-1 win over the Flyers.

Raddysh has 12 points (four goals, eight assists) during a six-game point streak. He has now moved into the better-than-point-per-game territory with 39, including 12 goals, in 38 games. Both numbers are career marks. We don't think Raddysh will ever recreate this magic in another season, but he's fantasy gold right now.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Among NHL's top scoring defenders

Raddysh had two assists in a 4-2 win over the Avalanche on Tuesday.

Raddysh has put up four straight multi-point games (four goals, five assists), and he has 13 shots and a plus-6 rating in that span. He has put up 36 points in as many games in his pinch-me-I'm-dreaming season. That's enough to put Raddysh in a tie with Miro Heiskanen for fifth overall from the blue line. Raddysh's 12 goals put him in a three-way tie with Cale Makar and Matthew Schaefer for third overall. There's no one who would have predicted this output from the 29-year-old undrafted defender, but Raddysh has stepped up large in the absence of Victor Hedman (elbow), who will be out until at least February.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Record book night with hattie

Raddysh scored a hat trick Saturday in a 7-3 win over San Jose.

It was Raddysh's first NHL hattie, and he became the third defenseman in franchise history to accomplish the feat, joining Dan Boyle (Dec. 23, 2006) and Doug Crossman (Nov. 7, 1992). Remarkably, he and brother Taylor Raddysh (Oct. 23, 2025) became the first set of brothers to each score a hat trick against the same team in more than 40 years when Quebec Nordiques teammates Marian (Oct. 21, 1982) and Peter Stastny (Dec. 11, 1982) did it against the Penguins. "It's pretty special," Raddysh said after the game. "This organization has a lot of unbelievable players come through there, through their time, and you know, to be a part of this is something special. And I don't take (it) too lightly."

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Records two more helpers

Raddysh notched two assists, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Kings.

Raddysh earned his third multi-point effort in the last five games. He had a hand in Brayden Point's second-period tally as well as Nikita Kucherov's empty-netter in the third. Raddysh is now at 31 points, 78 shots on net, 32 hits, 31 blocked shots, 19 PIM and a plus-10 rating over 34 appearances this season. The defenseman is six points back of matching his career-best total from 73 regular-season contests in 2024-25.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Two points including OT winner

Raddysh scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime victory over the Ducks.

After helping to set up a J.J. Moser tally in the first period, Raddysh banged home a feed from Brandon Hagel in OT to end things. The 29-year-old blueliner continues to shine while Victor Hedman (elbow) is on the shelf, and Raddysh racked up six goals and 13 points in 14 December contests while adding 38 shots on net, 19 hits, 13 blocked shots, eight PIM and a plus-6 rating to his ledger.

  • Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Erupts for three points Monday

Raddysh scored the game-winning goal on the power play and added two assists in Monday's 4-1 win over the Blues.

The 29-year-old blueliner reached 100 regular-season points in his career in the process, as he continues surging toward a career-best campaign. Since Victor Hedman (elbow) was placed back on IR, Raddysh has racked up three goals and seven points in six games, and on the season, he's already set a new personal best with eight goals, and he's tied his career high with nine power-play points (four goals, five helpers).
