Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Keeps streak alive Saturday
Reinhart recorded three assists, three shots, two hits, two blocked shots and a plus-3 rating in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Jets.
Reinhart's three helpers gave him 15 on the year, and he's now in the top 10 in both goals and assists -- Kirill Kaprizov is the only other player who has that privilege in the league. Reinhart also pushed his point streak to 10 contests, giving him 16 in that span with a balanced output of eight goals and eight assists.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Nine-game, 13-point streak
Reinhart scored a goal Thursday in a 6-2 loss to New Jersey.
It was his NHL-leading 13th goal of the season. There were many doubters who thought there was no way that Reinhart could carry his sniping over from last season, but here we are. He has 25 points in 17 games, including eight goals and five assists on his current nine-game scoring streak. And 70 goals in 99 games since the start of last season. Reinhart is money in the bank for fantasy managers.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Nets power-play goal in loss
Reinhart scored a power-play goal on two shots, added two PIM and logged two hits in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to the Devils.
Reinhart got the Panthers on the board in the second period, but that was their lone goal of the game. The 29-year-old is on an eight-game point streak, earning seven goals and five assists in that span. For the season, he's at 12 tallies, 24 points, 41 shots on net and a plus-12 rating across 16 appearances. Somehow, he's at a 29.3 shooting percentage, which is even higher than his 24.5 percent mark from 2023-24. Reinhart has the talent to carry an elite rate of efficiency, but there are plenty of concerns about sustainability for anything over 20 percent.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Keeps hot streak alive Thursday
Reinhart recorded an even-strength goal in Thursday's 6-2 win over the Predators.
Reinhart has scored in five games in a row and his point streak has reached six games, extending his impressive start to the season. The 29-year-old winger has been so productive in 2024-25 that he already has recorded two streaks of at least five consecutive games with a point. In addition to having cracked the scoresheet in all but two of his 14 games, a span in which he's recorded seven multi-point efforts, his 22 points have him as one of the most productive players in the league over the first month of the regular season.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Off to record start
Reinhart scored a goal and added an assist Saturday in a 4-2 win over Dallas as part of the NHL Global Series in Finland.
He's tied with Nico Hischier and Cole Caufield for the NHL lead with 10 goals. Reinhart has 21 points (10 goals, 11 assists) in 13 games, the fewest required to reach 20 points in Panthers history. And those 21 points tie him with Kirill Kaprizov for the league lead. Reinhart not only picked up where he left off after a career season last year, but his torrid pace suggests he could exceed it in 2024-25. His fantasy value is high and will increase when he and the Panthers start to deliver more with the man advantage. Only four of Reinhart's points have come on the power play.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Lights lamp Saturday
Reinhart scored a goal in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Islanders.
Reinhart scored the Panthers' first goal midway through the first period with a wrister from close range, and that strike sparked an impressive comeback for the Panthers -- they would end up scoring six unanswered goals en route to this road win. Reinhart has contributed offensively in all but one of his last eight appearances, and he should continue to finds lots of opportunities to produce due to his established role as a top-six forward and member of the first power-play unit.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Another three-point effort
Reinhart scored a goal and added two assists in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Golden Knights.
After potting his fifth goal of the season early in the second period, Reinhart helped set up Eetu Luostarinen's tying tally midway through the third and Gustav Forsling's winner with just 17 seconds left in OT. With Matthew Tkachuk (illness), Aleksander Barkov (lower body) and others sidelined, Reinhart has stepped up in a big way for Florida, compiling four goals and 10 points over the course of a five-game point streak.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Three points in Tuesday's win
Reinhart scored a goal and added two assists in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Blue Jackets.
With Aleksander Barkov (lower body) and Matthew Tkachuk (illness) both sidelined, Reinhart stepped up and led Florida to victory, including a nifty feed late in the third period that sprung Eetu Luostarinen for what proved to be the game-winning goal. Reinhart is off to a flying start to the campaign, collecting four goals and eight points through five contests as the 28-year-old looks to demonstrate that his 57-goal, 94-point eruption in 2023-24 was no fluke.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Excels on special teams
Reinhart scored a power-play goal and a shorthanded goal in Monday's 4-3 victory against Boston.
Reinhart has picked up right where he left off, scoring three goals through the opening four games of the season, after setting a new career-best last year with 57 goals in 82 regular-season contests. The 28-year-old winger will need to keep the offense rolling with Matthew Tkachuk (illness) and Aleksander Barkov (lower body) both on the shelf.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Two points against Boston
Reinhart scored a shorthanded goal and added an even-strength assist in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Bruins.
Both points came in the first period as the Panthers seized an early 4-1 lead. Reinhart is coming off a career-best campaign in 2023-24, amassing 57 goals and 94 points in the regular season, and he had plenty of special-teams success with 27 power-play tallies and five shorties. The 28-year-old led all Florida skaters in PP time (7:49) and all forwards in time on the penalty kill (3:10) Tuesday, and he should get every opportunity to do damage in odd-man situations again this season.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Cashes in with new deal
Reinhart's eight-year contract extension, which was agreed upon Sunday, will carry an overall value of $69 million, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
Reinhart and the Panthers got this deal done just ahead of Sunday's deadline to allow him to secure that eighth season. Fresh off a Stanley Cup championship, the 28-year-old winger has played in all 82 regular-season games in the last two years -- including setting new career highs with goals (57) and points (94) during the 2023-24 campaign. Reinhart should be able to maintain elite-level production heading into the upcoming season, especially in his first-line and No. 1 power-play roles, though his shooting percentage figures to drop from last year's 24.5 percent mark.

Reinhart finished the regular season with 94 points -- including 34 on the man advantage -- while averaging 20:18 of ice time and playing in all 82 games.
