Bellows picked up a goal in Saturday's 3-0 win against the Red Wings.
The marker turned out to be the game-winning goal. Bellows has just three goals in 24 games for the Flyers this season. Despite two of his goals being generated in his last four contests, his ice time remains low. He's played less than eight minutes in eight of his past 10 games.

Flyers' Kieffer Bellows: Supplies only offense in loss
Bellows scored his second goal of the season in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Penguins.
The 24-year-old surprised Casey DeSmith with a quick snapshot from just inside the Pittsburgh blue line to tie the game at 1-1 midway through the first period, but the game was all Penguins after that. Bellows has bounced between AHL Lehigh Valley and the NHL roster since being claimed off waivers from the Islanders early in the season, and while he has only two goals and zero assists in 20 games for Philly, his 10 points in 12 AHL contests this season do offer a hint he might eventually develop into something more than a depth forward.

With the Phantoms, the 24-year-old winger has been significantly more productive with nine points in 11 minor-league outings. With his call-up, Bellows could be in line to suit up versus Arizona on Thursday, perhaps knocking Zack MacEwan or Patrick Brown from the lineup.

Philadelphia claimed Bellows off waivers from the Islanders on Thursday, per TSN's Chris Johnston.
Bellows logged just 7:16 of ice time in a 3-1 loss to Florida on Oct. 13 and hasn't played since. He didn't develop as the Islanders hoped, but he was taken with the No. 19 pick in the 2016 Draft and he's still just 24, so there's some hope that a change of scenery will do him some good. At the least, this is an opportunity for him to play regularly, though he'll probably start in a bottom-six role.

Islanders' Kieffer Bellows: Healthy scratch Saturday
Bellows was a healthy scratch Saturday as the Islanders took on the Ducks, Andrew Gross of Newsday reports.
It seems Bellows may have only played in the season opener Thursday because Oliver Wahlstrom (upper body) wasn't able to play. Wahlstrom is back in the lineup Saturday, which has relegated Bellows to the bench. Bellows should get a chance to play again but may need an injury or poor play from another forward to do so.

Islanders' Kieffer Bellows: Snags one-year pact
Bellows signed a one-year, $1.2 million contract with the Islanders on Monday.
Despite playing in just 45 games, Bellows still managed to establish new personal bests last year in goals (six), assists (13) and power-play points (four). While Bellows is unlikely to jump right into a top-six role, he should see an uptick in both games and minutes this season, which should set him up well to potentially top the 20-point mark for the first time in his three-year NHL career.

Islanders' Kieffer Bellows: Needs improvement
Bellows finished the season with six goals, 19 points and a minus-1 rating in 45 games.
Bellows hasn't been the player the Islanders hoped for since they drafted him in the first round, 19th overall, of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft. Bellows has only 11 career goals in 67 games. Bellows logged an assist, six hits and two blocked shots in Friday's 3-0 win over the Canadiens.
Bellows missed time with an illness and as a healthy scratch to begin April, but he's now played in consecutive games. He helped out on Zach Parise's opening tally Friday. Bellows had gone 10 games without a point prior to this contest, and he's posted four goals, 10 assists, 62 shots on net, 84 hits and an even plus-minus rating in 37 outings. He'll likely be limited to bottom-six minutes if he can retain a regular role in the lineup.

Islanders' Kieffer Bellows: Stepping back into lineup
Bellows (illness) will retake his place in the lineup against Pittsburgh on Thursday, Wes Crosby of NHL.com reports.
Even prior to his illness, Bellow was a healthy scratch for five straight matchups, so his hold on a lineup spot should be considered tenuous at best. Even when he has played, the 23-year-old Minnesota native has struggled to produce, as he is mired in a nine-game pointless steak. As such, fantasy players shouldn't be expecting much out of Bellows down the stretch.
