Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Good to go Tuesday
Lindgren (illness) is available to return to the lineup against Nashville on Tuesday, Mike Benton of the Kraken Audio Network reports.
After sitting out Saturday's 7-4 loss to Ottawa, Lindgren should return to his second-pairing role and see time on the penalty kill versus the Predators on Tuesday. He has generated two goals, seven assists, 37 shots on net, 96 blocked shots, 35 hits and 54 PIM across 58 appearances this season.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Sitting out Saturday
Lindgren (illness) won't play Saturday versus the Senators.
The Kraken have a bug going around the locker room, and it'll cost Lindgren a game. One of Josh Mahura or Cale Fleury will check into the lineup for Lindgren in this contest. Lindgren will have until Tuesday to get healthy before the Kraken host the Predators.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Battling illness
Lindgren is expected to be a game-time decision for Saturday's outing against Ottawa because of an illness, Alison Lukan of the Kraken Hockey Network.
Lindgren has two goals, nine points, 54 PIM, 35 hits and 96 blocks in 58 appearances in 2025-26. Adam Larsson is also questionable Saturday because of an illness, so the Kraken have multiple unknowns when it comes to their blue line. Josh Mahura and Cale Fleury will likely draw into the lineup if Lindgren and Larsson can't play.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Ready to rock
Lindgren (undisclosed) will play versus the Blues on Wednesday, per Sound of Hockey.
Lindgren missed three games due to the injury. The 28-year-old will return on the third pairing, bumping Cale Fleury out of the lineup. Lindgren has just four points over 20 outings since the start of January, so fantasy managers won't have much need to track his production.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Not cleared for contact
Lindgren (undisclosed) remains in a non-contact jersey ahead of Monday's game versus Carolina, Sound of Hockey reports.
Lindgren is poised to miss his third straight game due to his lingering undisclosed injury. Considering the shutdown defender has just one point in his last nine outings, few fantasy managers figure to be impacted by his continued absence. Cale Fleury figures to remain in the lineup with Lindgren on the shelf.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Still out Saturday
Lindgren (undisclosed) won't play Saturday versus the Canucks, per the NHL media site.
Lindgren will miss his second straight game. The Kraken have yet to provide an update on his status, but considering he's not on injured reserve, he's likely still in the day-to-day range. Lindgren's next chance to play is Monday versus the Hurricanes.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Not playing Thursday
Lindgren (undisclosed) won't be in the lineup versus the Blues on Thursday, per the NHL media site.
Lindgren exited early Wednesday versus the Stars and will need to miss at least one full game with the injury. Josh Mahura is slated to draw into the lineup to replace Lindgren.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Exits Wednesday's game
Lindgren (undisclosed) won't return to Wednesday's game versus the Stars, Alison Lukan of the Kraken Hockey Network reports.
Lindgren delivered a heavy hit on Colin Blackwell in the first period, but it was the Seattle defenseman who came away worse for wear. The 28-year-old Lindgren can be considered day-to-day for now. If he can't play Thursday versus the Blues, look for Josh Mahura or Cale Fleury to draw into the lineup.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Scores in Monday's loss
Lindgren scored a goal, added four PIM and went plus-2 in Monday's 6-3 loss to the Penguins.
Lindgren has been inconsistent on offense in his first year with the Kraken, which isn't too surprising given his playing style and the team's low-scoring tendency. The defenseman has earned four points over his last 16 games and a total of two goals and eight points through 48 outings this season. He's added 37 shots on net, 80 blocked shots, 31 hits and 47 PIM.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: First goal of season secures win
Lindgren scored a goal, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Sharks.
Lindgren tallied at 4:27 of the third period, and that goal was the game-winner. The 27-year-old defenseman has had little success on offense this year, as his shutdown playing style mixed with the Kraken's poor team-wide scoring has left little room for him to contribute. He's now at five points, 25 shots on net, 18 hits, 57 blocked shots, 39 PIM and an even plus-minus rating across 33 appearances.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Logs helper Friday
Lindgren posted an assist, five blocked shots and four PIM in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Mammoth.
Lindgren ended a 10-game point drought with the helper. The defenseman has seen steady top-four minutes in a shutdown role on the second pairing this season. He's at four helpers, 20 shots on net, 50 blocked shots, 37 PIM, 16 hits and a minus-3 rating over 29 appearances. Lindgren's offense has always been limited, and that's been exacerbated by the Kraken's scoring struggles.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Not much action on offense
Lindgren has earned just two points over 15 games since the start of November, and he was held off the scoresheet in Thursday's 9-4 loss to the Oilers.
Lindgren has three helpers, 18 shots on net, 14 hits, 39 blocked shots, 33 PIM and a minus-1 rating through 25 outings this season. The 27-year-old's playing style is heavily defensive, though his physicality appears to be trending down this year as well. Nonetheless, the Kraken have kept Lindgren mainly on the second pairing as a counterbalance to the more talented Brandon Montour.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Good to go
Lindgren (upper body) is in the lineup for Monday's road game against Philadelphia, per the NHL media site.
Lindgren was hit in the face with a puck in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Maple Leafs, but he'll avoid missing his first game of the season. The 27-year-old will fill his usual spot on the second pairing in addition to serving on the penalty kill.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Suffers injury Saturday
Lindgren (upper body) sustained an injury in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over Toronto, per Sound of Hockey.
Lindgren was struck in the face by the puck late in the third period. Seattle recalled Ville Ottavainen from AHL Coachella Valley on Sunday as a potential replacement for Monday's matchup against Philadelphia. The 27-year-old Lindgren has one assist and 14 blocked shots across five games this season.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Slings helper Tuesday
Lindgren posted an assist in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Canadiens.
Lindgren has opened the season in a top-four role to begin his time with the Kraken. He has a helper, one shot on net, two hits and nine blocked shots through three outings. The 27-year-old shutdown defender will probably be a regular in the lineup throughout the year, but his role is likely to shrink once Ryker Evans (upper body) is ready to return from injured reserve.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Good to go
Lindgren (eye) has been a full participant in practice since Wednesday, Alison Lukan of the Kraken Hockey Network reports.
Lindgren took a puck to the face Sunday and sat out a few days, but it sounds like he's fine now. The 27-year-old defenseman could be an option to dress for Friday's preseason game versus the Canucks. Even if he sees limited preseason action, he's unlikely to miss the regular-season opener Oct. 9 versus the Ducks.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Dealing with eye injury
Lindgren is day-to-day with an eye injury, but head coach Lane Lambert expects the defenseman to be back with the team "in the near future," per Alison Lukan of the Kraken Hockey Network on Tuesday.
Lindgren took a puck to the face in Sunday's scrimmage, and his eye swelled up as a result. The 27-year-old skated on his own Tuesday and is making progress with his recovery, so he shouldn't be in danger of missing too much time. The Kraken signed Lindgren to a four-year, $18 million deal in free agency.

Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Secures four-year deal
Lindgren agreed to terms on a four-year, $18 million contract with Seattle on Tuesday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
Lindgren crossed the 20-point threshold for the first time in his career after splitting the 2024-25 campaign between the Rangers and the Avalanche. After his move to Colorado, the 27-year-old blueliner struggled to produce offensively with just three points in 18 regular-season games -- though he did manage three points in just seven playoff contests. A lack of power-play responsibilities will prevent Lindgren from being anything more than a mid-range fantasy target.

Avalanche's Ryan Lindgren: Hands out assist in loss
Lindgren produced an assist in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Stars in Game 7.
Lindgren set up a Nathan MacKinnon tally early in the third period. The helper was Lindgren's third over seven playoff contests, and he added 13 hits, 12 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating in the Avalanche's short postseason run. He was acquired from the Rangers in March, but it's possible the Avalanche viewed the 27-year-old as a pure rental. Lindgren had a career-high 22 points over 72 regular-season outings and will be one of the better shutdown defensemen available in free agency this summer if he makes it to the market.
