Quinn scored a goal in regulation and also delivered the shootout winner in a 3-2 victory over the Maple Leafs on Saturday.
Quinn's goal came on the power play; it tied the game 2-2. He has four goals, two assists and 12 shots in his last five outings, bringing him up to 44 points (15 goals, 24 assists) and 144 shots in 67 games this season. Sabres' Jack Quinn: Scoring outburst sets career firsts
Quinn scored a hat trick and had an assist in a 6-3 win over the Sharks on Tuesday.
It was Quinn's first hattie and first four-point game in the NHL. He ended a 12-game goal drought. Quinn's teammates were raving to reporters about the forward after the game: "Every practice, every day, he's in here in the shooting room working on his game," said Beck Malenstyn. "He has such a knack for scoring, such a gift to be able to do it. He contorts his body in ways that I think my back would go out if I tried to, and what he can put on the puck is just incredible." Quinn had been quiet since the break, putting up just two assists in seven games prior to Tuesday. Overall, the winger has 15 goals, 28 assists and 141 shots in 65 games. That puts him on pace where he could finish with a career-best 55 points this season.

Sabres' Jack Quinn: Three helpers in Thursday's win
Quinn collected three assists, one on the power play, in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Kings.
The 24-year-old produced his second three-point performance of the season, with the other coming back on Oct. 22 against the Red Wings. Quinn has gotten onto the scoresheet in four straight games, and over his last 11 contests he's broken out for five goals and 12 points as he marches toward a career-best campaign -- he's only three goals and five points away from tying his personal bests in both categories.

After opening the scoring midway through the first period on a shot from the slot that sailed wide of the net but caromed off the end boards and bounced into the net off the back of Leevi Merilainen, Quinn showed a little more skill early in the third when he finished an odd-man rush with a nifty move to his backhand to beat the Ottawa netminder. The tallies were the first points of the season for Quinn in four games, as the eighth overall pick in the 2020 Draft tries to break through after setting modest career highs with 15 goals and 39 points over 74 regular-season contests in 2024-25.

Sabres' Jack Quinn: Inks two-year extension
Quinn has signed a two-year, $6.75 million contract with the Sabres, the team announced Friday.
Quinn was a restricted free agent this offseason, but that is taken care of with this two-year contract. A first-round draft choice in 2020, Quinn put together his best season last year, producing 15 goals and 24 assists in 74 games. The 23-year-old hasn't quite lived up to his high draft position so far, but he still played an important role in the Sabres' middle six and on the team's power play. His role next year will likely look similar to what it did in the 2024-25 season.

Quinn was able to snap an eight-game goal drought before the end of the season. This was also his first multi-point effort since March 30 versus the Capitals. The 23-year-old set career highs in each scoring category Thursday -- he finished the campaign at 15 goals and 24 assists for 39 points, surpassing his 2022-23 totals in each category by one. Quinn added 123 shots on net and a minus-18 rating over 74 appearances. He still needs to work on consistency to solidify his place in the Sabres' top six. He'll be a restricted free agent this summer.

He was showing promise in late March with eight points over the last four games of that month, but he remains limited to bottom-six minutes at even strength.
