  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Three goals in last four games

Frost had a goal on five shots and an assist in a 3-2 win over the Sharks on Saturday. Frost has scored a goal in three of the past four games, including the last two. Two of the snipes, including the one Saturday, have come with the man advantage. Frost had as many shots Saturday as he put up in his previous seven games. He has 95 shots in 54 games, and he's converted 12 into goals while adding 15 assists.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Pots goal in loss

Frost scored a goal, took two shots on goal and blocked two shots in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Wild. Frost's fantasy appeal won't be very high in most formats due to his bottom-six role, but he's been making the most of his opportunities of late after scoring in two of his last three games. The 26-year-old is up to three goals and six points over 13 appearances in January, so while he might have some upside in deep formats, he has limited upside in standard leagues due to his role in the lineup.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Pots goal Friday

Frost scored a power-play goal in Friday's 3-1 loss to the Capitals. Frost opened the scoring for the Flames with a wrister at the 6:09 mark of the first period. It was his 10th goal of the season, but he's found the back of the net just twice in 11 January outings. Frost's bottom-six role also limits his fantasy upside considerably.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: First goal in 13 games

Frost had a goal and an assist in a 5-3 loss to Columbus on Tuesday. It was his first goal in 13 games (three assists). Frost has 22 points (nine goals, 13 assists) and 85 shots in 46 games this season. The third-line center could see an uptick in fantasy value if ongoing rumors of a Nazem Kadri trade ever happen. As it stands, there are a lot better options than Frost at such a deep position.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Four goals in last seven games

Frost scored a goal Tuesday in a 5-1 loss to Nashville. Frost's power-play goal finally got the Flames on the board at 13:39 of the third period. He wired a one-timer from the slot for his seventh goal of the season. Frost has a goal in every other game over his last seven contests (four goals) and seven points (four goals, three assists) in his last nine.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Pots power-play goal

Frost scored a power-play goal on two shots, blocked two shots and went minus-2 in Friday's 5-3 win over the Panthers. Frost scored the go-ahead goal 55 seconds into the second period. The 26-year-old hasn't assembled a point streak in November, but he has three goals and three assists over his last seven outings. The goal Friday was also his first power-play point of the month. For the season, the center is at six goals, 14 points, 50 shots on net, 14 PIM, 16 hits, 14 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating through 26 appearances.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Tallies tying goal

Frost scored a goal in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Canucks. Frost has collected two goals and three helpers over his last five games while seeing top-line minutes at even strength. The 26-year-old center tied the game at 1-1 in the first period. For the season, he's up to five goals, 13 points, 45 shots on net, 14 hits, 14 PIM and an even plus-minus rating over 24 appearances. Frost probably won't score like a typical top-line player, but he should be consistent enough to warrant a look in deeper fantasy formats.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Two points including GWG

Frost scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in Wednesday's 6-2 win over the Sabres. The former Flyer broke open a 2-2 tie early in the third period by tapping home a slick feed from Jonathan Huberdeau. • Flames' Morgan Frost: Crosses 100-assist mark in career

Frost logged two assists and three shots on goal in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Jets. Frost picked up his first multi-point effort of the year. His first assist was the 100th of his career. The 26-year-old center is up to three goals, seven helpers, 32 shots on net, 13 hits, 10 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 20 appearances. He's seeing time primarily in a top-six role this season, along with a spot on the power play, so he should be capable of sustaining his current pace on offense.

Frost scored a goal on two shots in Wednesday's 5-1 win over the Blue Jackets. Frost provided a quick opening goal, burying a feed from Jonathan Huberdeau just 56 seconds into the game. The 26-year-old Frost is still looking for his first multi-point effort of the year, but he's gotten on the scoresheet in six of his last eight outings. For the season, he's produced three goals, five assists, 25 shots on net, 10 hits, nine blocked shots, 12 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 15 contests in a middle-six role.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Spoils Demko's shutout bid

Frost scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 5-1 loss to the Canucks. Frost got the Flames on the board with a goal at 13:06 of the third period, but they didn't have a second straight comeback effort. The 26-year-old center also went 12-for-14 on faceoffs. He's seeing second-line usage early in the second, though the Flames' middle-six trios are interchangeable, with Frost's line getting better offensive assignments while Mikael Backlund handles a shutdown role. Frost has added four shots, two PIM, one hit and one blocked shot over two contests this season.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Accepts two-year contract

Frost signed a two-year, $8.75 million contract with the Flames on Wednesday, PuckPedia reports. Frost was a restricted free agent this summer after completing his two-year, $4.2 million deal. He had 14 goals and 37 points across 81 appearances between Philadelphia and Calgary in 2024-25. That was his third straight campaign with over 35 points. Frost should continue to serve in a middle-six capacity and receive some power-play ice time this coming season.

Frost notched an assist and three hits in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Sharks. Frost has three helpers over his last four contests. He set up Yegor Sharangovich on the game-winning goal at 1:30 of the third period. This was Frost's first even-strength point since March 4 -- his previous five assists, over a span of 12 games, were all on the power play. The center is now at 36 points, 139 shots on net, 68 hits, 60 blocked shots and a minus-17 rating across 79 appearances between the Flames and the Flyers this season.

The 25-year-old center is up to 35 points (13 goals, 22 assists), 139 shots on net, 65 hits, 60 blocked shots and a minus-18 rating over 78 appearances between the Flames and Flyers this season.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Available Friday

Frost (undisclosed) will be back in the lineup against Minnesota on Friday, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports. Frost is currently stuck in a 23-game goal drought during which he has recorded seven helpers, 39 shots and 24 hits while averaging 16:58 of ice time. Despite having been limited to just 9:40 of ice time versus the Ducks on Wednesday, the 25-year-old center will remain in a third-line role in addition to linking up with the No. 2 power-play unit.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Can't finish contest

Frost (undisclosed) didn't finish Wednesday's game versus the Ducks after a hit in the third period, Ryan Pike of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports. Frost took a beating in this contest, with his second unplanned trip to the locker room being enough to end his game. No update was available after the contest, leaving Frost questionable to play Friday versus the Wild. If he can't suit up, Dryden Hunt will likely enter the Flames' lineup for what amounts to a must-win game.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Helps out with man advantage

Frost notched a power-play assist and four shots on goal in Monday's 3-2 win over the Sharks. The Flames' second goal was initially credited to Frost, but it was later switched to Jonathan Huberdeau. The helper still allowed Frost to end a five-game point drought, but he's now gone 22 contests without a goal despite steady middle-six minutes in his time with the Flames. The 25-year-old center has 34 points, 134 shots on net, 63 hits, 58 blocked shots and a minus-19 rating over 76 appearances between the Flames and the Flyers in 2024-25.

Frost logged a power-play assist, three shots on goal and two hits in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Kraken. Frost has a helper in each of the last two games. Three of his four assists over 12 outings in March have come on the power play, but he hasn't scored since Feb. 8 against the Kraken. The 25-year-old center hasn't stepped up in a larger role during the absence of Mikael Backlund (upper body). Frost is at 32 points (11 on the power play), 122 shots on net, 57 hits and a minus-14 rating over 69 contests between the Flames and the Flyers this season.

Frost logged a power-play assist and two hits in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Devils. Frost ended a six-game point drought with the secondary helper on Matthew Coronato's second-period tally. The 25-year-old Frost has been limited to four helpers and 20 shots on net over 13 appearances since the 4 Nations Face-Off break. He's currently on the second line in place of Mikael Backlund (upper body), who is considered week-to-week. Frost has 31 points, 118 shots on net, 51 blocked shots, 53 hits and a minus-15 rating over 67 contests between the Flames and the Flyers this season.

  • Flames' Morgan Frost: Pockets power-play helper

Frost notched a power-play assist and two PIM in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Sharks. Frost is up to three points over six games since he was traded to the Flames. This was his first power-play point with his new team, though he is seeing time on the first unit, which has been pretty productive lately. Frost now has 28 points, 99 shots on net, 41 hits, 40 blocked shots, 22 PIM and a minus-13 rating over 55 appearances. His third-line role at even strength doesn't bode well for consistent offense outside of power-play situations.
