Wild's Brock Faber: Goal, assist in shootout loss
Faber scored a goal on three shots, dished an assist, added four PIM and blocked six shots in Saturday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Kings.
Faber is warming up again with three goals and a helper over his last six outings. The defenseman has eight points over 11 contests since Quinn Hughes joined the Wild, and the two seem to work well together as a workhorse first pairing. The fact that Faber's offense hasn't disappeared is a huge plus for fantasy managers who were patient enough to see how things shook out. The 23-year-old has nine goals, 23 points, 93 shots on net, 98 blocked shots and a plus-10 rating through 43 outings this season.

Wild's Brock Faber: Pots goal in win
Faber scored a goal and blocked two shots in Monday's 5-2 win over the Golden Knights.
Faber has two goals and four assists over nine games since the Wild's blockbuster trade for Quinn Hughes. The two have been partnered on the top pairing, which should allow Faber to continue to eat minutes and get plenty of ice time alongside the Wild's best players. Faber has eight goals, 21 points, 85 shots on net, 85 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating across 40 appearances, positioning him well to put last year's 10-goal, 29-point (78 regular-season games) sophomore slump in the rear-view mirror.

Wild's Brock Faber: Lights the lamp in loss
Faber scored a goal, placed two shots on net and had two blocks in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to Nashville.
Faber netted the opening goal seven minutes into the first period off a highlight-reel feed from his new running mate, Quinn Hughes. With the twine finder, Faber is up to seven goals, 20 points, 84 shots on net and 82 blocks through 38 games this season. Since the addition of Hughes, Faber has excelled offensively with five points and 14 shots on net while still maintaining his elite form on the blue line with 16 blocks. Fantasy managers who stuck with Faber through his offensive lows this season are being rewarded for their patience, as the 23-year-old blueliner still has plenty of time to post a career year across all three zones this season. If his recent offensive numbers become a frequent addition to his game, he could become a fantasy superstar in no time.

Wild's Brock Faber: Earns two power-play assists in win
Faber logged two power-play assists, three shots on goal and three blocked shots in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Bruins.
Faber was still able to make an impact with the man advantage despite Quinn Hughes making his Minnesota debut Sunday. The 23-year-old Faber will likely be limited to the second power-play unit moving forward, though he could pair with Hughes at even strength. Sunday's effort ended an eight-game slump for Faber, who has racked up 17 points, 73 shots on net, 69 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating through 33 outings overall.

Wild's Brock Faber: One of each Wednesday
Faber scored a goal on four shots and added an assist in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Blackhawks.
Faber got the Wild on the board late in the second period and helped out on Matt Boldy's game-tying tally midway through the third. With three goals and three helpers during a four-game point streak, Faber is again playing well in a top-four role. The 23-year-old blueliner has six goals, 15 points, 44 blocked shots, 56 shots on net and a plus-1 rating through 24 appearances. Faber is looking capable of bouncing back from his 29-point effort in 78 regular-season outings last year, and he should push for a 40-50 point campaign in 2025-26, given his current pace.

Faber scored a shorthanded goal on four shots, doled out two hits and added two blocked shots in Sunday's 3-0 win over the Jets.
Faber has two goals and two assists over his last three contests, following a four-game slump. The defenseman won't be among the league leaders for offense from the blue line, but he's providing steady play in a top-four role this season. Overall, he has five goals, 13 points, 52 shots on net, 43 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating through 23 appearances.

Faber scored a goal on two shots and blocked three shots in Wednesday's 4-3 shootout win over the Hurricanes.
Faber ended a four-game drought with his tally at 1:54 of the first period. The 23-year-old defenseman has had one good stretch this season sandwiched around a couple of droughts, so it's possible his goal Wednesday allows him to heat up again. He's at four goals, 10 points, 47 shots on net, 41 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating through 21 appearances in a top-four role.

Faber scored a goal on three shots in Friday's 5-2 win over the Islanders.
Faber has scored in back-to-back games and has four points over his last three contests. The 23-year-old defenseman looks to be getting back to productivity on offense after a slow start to the campaign, though it helps that the Wild have scored 16 goals over their last four games. Faber is at nine points, 39 shots on net, 30 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating through 16 appearances.

Wild's Brock Faber: Eight points in last six games
Faber scored a goal in Thursday's 4-3 loss to the Hurricanes.
Faber wired a snapshot from the right circle that put Minnesota up 2-1. He has woken up in a huge way in his last six games. Faber has all eight (two goals, six assists) of his points in his last six games (18 shots). The window to acquire him from a frustrated fantasy manager is likely gone.

Wild's Brock Faber: Picks up pair of helpers
Faber logged two assists and six blocked shots in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Predators.
Faber has logged three multi-point efforts over his last five games to get his offense on track. That's also corresponded with an uptick in power-play usage, which is where he's earned four of his six assists in that span. The 23-year-old has a goal, seven points, 35 shots on net, 28 blocks and a minus-7 rating across 14 appearances this season.

Wild's Brock Faber: Two-point night
Faber scored a goal and added an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to Winnipeg.
Faber benefited from a friendly bounce to pick up his first goal of the season. He later added a power-play assist as Marcus Johansson deflected his slapper past Connor Hellebuyck. After a quiet start, Faber has now produced five points in his last two games. He continues to shoulder a heavy workload on the Minnesota blue line, averaging more than 23 minutes per night, including running the show from the point of the top power-play unit. Faber also fired seven shots on net, and with his offensive game starting to click, he'll continue to be a strong fantasy option when the Wild host Pittsburgh on Thursday.

Wild's Brock Faber: Trio of assists Sunday
Faber notched three assists, five shots on goal and three blocked shots in Sunday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Sharks.
Two of his three helpers came on the power play. It was a much-needed performance for Faber, who had been held off the scoresheet over the first nine games of the season. Faber's offense may not rebound from last year's middling 29-point output from 78 regular-season contests, as Zeev Buium is maintaining a spot on the highly productive first power-play unit, leaving Faber to man the point on the second unit. Faber has supplied 23 shots on net, 18 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating, though his defensive numbers should improve if the Wild can become more threatening at 5-on-5 rather than depending on the power play for their offense.

Faber has three goals and two assists over his last six games. His offense has picked a good time to return -- he had just one goal over 15 contests in March. The 22-year-old defenseman is up to 10 goals, 29 points, 115 shots on net, 114 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 77 appearances. Faber continues to see heavy minutes as the Wild's top overall blueliner despite failing to replicate his 47-point performance from 2023-24.

Wild's Brock Faber: Nets goal Wednesday
Faber scored a goal in Wednesday's 8-7 overtime win over the Sharks.
Faber's tally gave the Wild a 2-1 lead late in the first period. The 22-year-old has three points over four contests in April, a vast improvement on his March, when he had just one goal on 28 shots and a minus-6 rating over 15 appearances. The defenseman has a career-high nine goals this season, but he's added a mere 18 assists with 111 shots on net, 108 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating over 75 outings. That's well off his 47-point pace from all 82 games a year ago.

Wild's Brock Faber: Two points in Wednesday's OT loss
Faber produced an even-strength goal and added a shorthanded assist in Wednesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Rangers.
The 22-year-old blueliner snapped a 12-game point drought with the performance. Faber hasn't been able to match the scoring pace from his breakout 2023-24 campaign, and over 72 appearances this season he's managed eight goals and 26 points. His secondary contributions have dipped as well -- after racking up 150 blocked shots and 65 hits last season, he's delivered only 102 blocks and 35 hits in 2024-25.
