  • Dolphins' Marco Wilson: Lands with Miami

The Dolphins signed Wilson (hamstring) to a one-year contract Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Wilson was a fourth-round pick by the Cardinals in the 2021 Draft and spent nearly three full seasons with Arizona before being waived in December of 2023. He then spent the past two seasons with the Patriots and Bengals. Wilson appeared in just four regular-season contests last season before being placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. He remained there for the remainder of the campaign. Wilson, who will presumably be past his hamstring issue by the time the Dolphins take the field, will compete for a job in the team's secondary.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Sent to IR

The Bengals placed Wilson (hamstring) on injured reserve Wednesday.

Wilson will miss at least Cincinnati's next four games due to a hamstring injury suffered during Sunday's loss to the Patriots. His earliest opportunity to return from IR will arrive Saturday, Dec. 27 versus the Cardinals in Week 17.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Still not practicing Tuesday

Wilson (hamstring) did not participate at practice Tuesday.

Wilson hurt his hamstring after just one snap in Sunday's game versus the Patriots, and now his status for Week 13 is up in the air. Unless he can return to practice in some capacity Wednesday, there's very little chance he'll suit up on Thanksgiving Day at Baltimore.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Ruled out Sunday

Wilson (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's matchup with the Patriots.

The cornerback did not record a stat before exiting. His absence means that Josh Newton will play more in third-down packages, per Charlie Goldsmith of the Dayton Daily News.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Practicing fully

Wilson (hamstring) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Jay Morrison of SI.com reports.

Wilson missed the Bengals' two contests prior to the Week 10 bye, but he appears set to return to the lineup Sunday against the Steelers. Wilson has appeared in just three games this season, logging 21 defensive snaps.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Won't play against Chicago

Wilson (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears.

Wilson will miss a second consecutive game due to a hamstring injury. With the Bengals on a bye Week 10, the 2021 fourth-rounder will have additional time to recover ahead of Cincinnati's Week 11 clash against Pittsburgh on Sunday, Nov. 16.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Doubtful for Sunday

Wilson (hamstring) is listed as doubtful ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Bears, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

The 26-year-old from Florida didn't return to practice after missing the Bengals' Week 8 loss to the Jets with a hamstring injury, so it's no surprise that he'll likely be sidelined again Sunday. If Wilson misses the Week 9 contest as expected, Josh Newton will likely operate as Cincinnati's top reserve boundary corner.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Out with hamstring

Wilson (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jets.

Wilson did not practice Friday due to a hamstring injury. The 26-year-old cornerback contributed 5 defensive snaps and 9 special teams snaps as a depth player in the Week 7 victory against the Steelers, logging one solo tackle in the contest.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Gets involved in preseason win

Wilson (undisclosed) recorded one tackle (one solo) during Monday's 31-17 preseason win at Washington.

Wilson played 29 snaps on defense and six snaps on special teams, though his notable role didn't translate to much in the box score. He figures to fill a rotational role at cornerback behind Cam Taylor-Britt, DJ Turner and Dax Hill once the regular season starts.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Week-to-week with injury

Wilson is dealing with an undisclosed injury, Ben Baby of ESPN reports.

Wilson is considered to be week-to-week with the injury but managed to do some work on the team's rehab field Wednesday. He appeared in six games with Cincinnati last season. Once healthy, the 26-year-old will spend the remainder of the summer competing for a spot on the final roster as a reserve cornerback.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Gets extension with Cincy

Cincinnati signed Wilson to a one-year contract extension Wednesday.

Wilson played in six games with the Bengals in 2024 after he was waived by New England in the middle of the season, and he played just 30 defensive snaps over those six games. He projects to play a minor rotational role in Cincinnati's defensive backfield again in 2025.

  • Bengals' Marco Wilson: Headed to Cincinnati

Wilson was claimed off waivers by the Bengals on Tuesday.

Wilson will head to Cincinnati after being waived by the Patriots on Monday. With DJ Turner (collarbone) and Dax Hill (knee) both on injured reserve, Wilson will likely operate in a significant role in the Bengals' secondary. Over 10 games with the Patriots this season, Wilson compiled 15 total tackles (eight solo) and a pass defensed.

  • Marco Wilson: Gets waived

New England waived Wilson on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Wilson has been on the field for the Patriots' defense in 10 of its 11 games this season, but he's now on his way out ahead of Week 12. His departure opens a spot on the 53-man roster for 2023 seventh-rounder Alex Austin (ankle), who is expected to be activated from injured reserve soon.
