Triple-A Oklahoma City transferred Duran to the development list Sept. 17. Duran was promoted from Double-A Tulsa to Triple-A on Sept. 14. He gave up two runs on three walks and zero hits while striking out three in 1.1 innings in his lone Triple-A appearance and was placed on the development list a few days later. This was Duran's first season back after undergoing Tommy John surgery in 2022. He knocked some rust off at Single-A Rancho Cucamonga to start the year and then had a decent showing at Double-A in the middle of the season, logging a 3.05 ERA and 48 strikeouts in 38.1 innings across 11 starts. Duran built up to 53.1 innings in his first year back and will be eligible for the Rule 5 draft this offseason if the Dodgers don't add him to the 40-man roster.
