Walker has had some ups and downs this month, but he has converted four of five save chances. He came into this game after Joey Lucchesi stayed in to face Max Muncy at the start of the ninth inning. Walker is now at 16 saves, eight holds and five blown saves while pitching to a 3.81 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 57:17 K:BB across 59 innings this season.

Walker imploded versus the Cardinals on Saturday, and while he wasn't that sharp Tuesday, he was able to get the job done. He's converted five of six save chances over his last seven appearances, and he's been scored on in just two of 14 outings since the start of August. For the season, Walker has a 3.86 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 55:15 K:BB through 56 innings, and he's converted 15 of 20 save opportunities.

Walker picked up the save Tuesday against the Rockies, striking out one in a clean ninth inning. Walker secured his 13th save of the season, and he's quickly taken over as the Giants' top closer following the season-ending injury to Randy Rodriguez (elbow). Walker has successfully converted each of his last three save opportunities, and he's conceded just one earned run over his last 10.2 innings since the start of August. The right-hander also has an 11:1 K:BB during that stretch, and he should be rostered in the majority of fantasy leagues.
