Luke Voit 1B | NYM
Brewers' Luke Voit: Begins rehab assignment
Voit (neck) began a rehab assignment with Triple-A Nashville on Saturday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
Voit has been on the injured list only since Monday, so the fact that he's already ready for a rehab assignment suggests his neck strain was a minor one. The Brewers signed Darin Ruf to be a right-handed option at first base and designated hitter following Voit's injury, however, so Voit may face some competition in reclaiming his role. He failed to impress prior to landing on the injured list, slashing .221/.284/.265 with zero homers in 74 trips to the plate.

Darick Hall 1B | PIT
Phillies' Darick Hall: Removed from 40-man roster
Hall (thumb) was transferred from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list by the Phillies on Saturday.
The move opens up a spot on the 40-man roster for Dylan Covey, with Covey being claimed by the Phillies on Saturday off waivers from the Dodgers. Hall is currently out of action after undergoing surgery on a torn ligament in his thumb, and he'll be out until at least the middle of June while he recovers.

With his ability to keep the line moving, he was able to get involved in the run scoring. He stole second in the fourth inning, allowing Oscar Mercado to steal home. For the season, Goldschmidt is slashing .302/.400/.517 with six steals, seven home runs, 23 RBI and 31 runs scored across 44 contests.

Freddie Freeman 1B | LAD
Dodgers' Freddie Freeman: Cranks grand slam
Freeman went 2-for-5 with a triple, a homer and four RBI in Thursday's 16-8 loss against the Cardinals.
Freeman gave the Dodgers life with a sixth-inning grand slam to cut the deficit to two. The veteran first baseman also tripled in the fifth, but his teammates failed to bring him home. Freeman is producing another excellent season with a .918 OPS, eight home runs, 36 runs and 27 RBI. He even has six stolen bases and could surpass his career high of 13, which he set in 2022.
