Bour is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Astros.

Bour has been tremendous at the plate lately, as he's posted a .375 batting average over the last seven days and slugged four home runs in that time. However, despite his hot bat, Bour will get the night off while Tyler Moore starts at first base.

Cabrera (thumb) was placed on the 10-day DL on Tuesday.

Rather than continue to play the waiting game with Cabrera taking up an active roster spot, the Mets will add some relief pitching help (Neil Ramirez) and go with Jose Reyes at shortstop while Cabrera's sprained left thumb heals. The move is retroactive to May 14. Amed Rosario was not considered for a promotion because the team does not view him as a short-term option, Matt Ehalt of NorthJersey.com reports.

Goldschmidt went 2-for-5 with a pair of doubles and a run in Monday's 7-3 win over the Mets.

Goldschmidt narrowly missed out on his 11th homer of the season in the eighth inning, as his long drive to the batter's eye in center field was ruled a double following a video review. He would eventually come around to score on Yasmany Tomas' three-run shot, which was one of three Diamondbacks homers in a six-run eighth inning. Goldschmidt is now in the midst of a season-best seven-game hitting streak, during which he's slashed .321/.441/.714.

Flores hit a pinch-hit, two-run home run in the ninth inning of Monday's loss to Arizona.

Flores recently missed time with a knee infection and hasn't been receiving regular at-bats when healthy, so his fantasy value is limited. Over 65 plate appearances this season, he's posted an underwhelming .254/.277/.429 slash line. It's worth noting that Flores has had an excellent track record against southpaws dating back to last season, though. He sports a 1.102 OPS and .458 wOBA against lefties over 125 plate appearances during that span and is a strong low-priced option for daily contests when the Mets face a left-handed starter.

Bour went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and a double during Monday's loss to Houston.

The first baseman has caught fire of late with an 8-for-17 stretch at the dish that includes four homers and six RBI over the past five games. Hitting in the middle of the Miami lineup will provide plenty of RBI opportunities, and Bour owns significant power upside. It's probably wise to count on a number of statistical peaks and valleys over the course of the season, though.

Cabrera (thumb) is unavailable Monday, and the Mets will decide Tuesday whether he will require a stint on the disabled list, Marc Carig of Newsday reports.

Cabrera has a ligament tear in his thumb, but the club is hoping he'll be able to return soon enough to avoid the DL. The Mets don't believe top shortstop prospect Amed Rosario is ready for the show, so they'll probably try to keep Cabrera active if at all possible. Tuesday's game is in Arizona, and game time isn't until 9:40 p.m. Eastern, so those in daily leagues should be aware that further news on Cabrera may not come out until after rosters lock for the night.

Stassi went 2-for-3 with an RBI in a 6-5 loss to the Nationals on Sunday.

Stassi got a start at first base in the second game of the Phillies' doubleheader against the Nationals on Sunday. Tommy Joseph has been heating up at first base and Aaron Altherr has seized the everyday role in left field with Howie Kendrick sidelined, leaving few at-bats for Stassi at the moment.

Cabrera (thumb) confirmed Sunday that despite an initial MRI showing no damage he does have a ligament tear in his thumb, which may force him to go onto the disabled list, The New York Daily News reports.

Cabrera initially injured the left thumb diving for a ball last week. He aggravated it trying to hit an inside pitch Saturday, which may have exacerbated the tear. If Cabrera does go onto the disabled list, which may be determined by how he feels Monday, look for Jose Reyes to play shortstop with T.J. Rivera manning third base. If he will be sidelined long-term, the Mets could promote Amed Rosario from Triple-A Las Vegas.

Goldschmidt finished 2-for-5 with two home runs, three RBI and a walk in Sunday's 6-4 loss to the Pirates.

Goldschmidt provided the majority of his club's offense in this one, sending a two-run homer over the left field wall in the first inning and crushing a 468-foot blast to center in the fifth. This was Goldschmidt's first multi-hit game in his last eight, but he concludes the weekend series with three homers, five RBI and four runs scored as another stellar season rolls on.

Cabrera (thumb) isn't expected to play Monday against the Diamondbacks, Marc Carig of Newsday reports.

Although it doesn't look like Cabrera will play Monday, the Mets haven't given any indication that he'll require time on the disabled list. Until Cabrera is ready to return, the Mets will likely move Jose Reyes to shortstop and start T.J. Rivera at third base.
