Hiura went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Pirates.

After going 0-for-3 with two strikeouts to start the day, Hiura gave the Brewers a couple of important insurance runs with his first home run of the season in the seventh inning off Pirates reliever Miguel Yajure. Through 21 plates appearances, Hiura is slashing .222/.333/.722 with eight strikeouts and three walks.

Tellez went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Pirates.

Tellez went deep off a Pittsburgh starter for a second straight game and has three home runs and eight RBI through his first 12 contests. The lefty first basemen is slashing .270/.325/.920 through 40 plate appearances with seven strikeouts and three walks.

Dalbec is getting his first start of the season at third base Thursday, hitting fifth against the Blue Jays.

With J.D. Martinez (groin) out of the lineup, Rafael Devers will get a start at DH, opening up the hot corner for Dalbec. While Devers is healthy, Dalbec's starts at third base will likely be rare, but it's worth noting that the Red Sox are still willing to deploy him at the hot corner, at least on occasion.

Alonso went 3-for-4 and scored a run in a loss to the Giants on Wednesday.

The first baseman registered his second three-hit game of the campaign in the loss, collecting a single in each of the fourth, sixth and eighth innings. Alonso came into the contest having gone just 2-for-16 over his previous five games, and Wednesday's performance boosted his season batting average 43 points to .260. He's tied for second in the National League with 14 RBI on the season.

Kirilloff (wrist) did some swinging Wednesday, which seemed to go without a setback, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Kirilloff was placed on the 10-day injured list last week with inflammation in his surgically repaired right wrist. He had a cortisone shot and appears to be making progress. However, his injury remains a worry since the 24-year-old missed significant time in 2021 after undergoing wrist surgery. There's no timetable yet for his return.

Cronenworth went 0-for-1 with three walks and a run scored Wednesday against the Reds.

Cronenworth managed to reach base multiple times for the first time in six starts, and he's now hitless across his last 19 at-bats. Given that, it's little surprise that he's hitting just .174, though he has managed to maintain a .339 on-base percentage. Importantly, Cronenworth has struck out at an acceptable 18.6 percent clip and currently has just a .222 BABIP across 59 plate appearances. If he continues to make contact, Cronenworth should see improved results as the season wears on.

Cron went 2-for-5 with a double, two RBI and a run during Wednesday's 9-6 loss to Philadephia.

Cron didn't add to his MLB-leading total of six home runs Wednesday, but he still delivered another multi-hit, multi-RBI performance. The 32-year-old is slashing .333/.365/.813 with 16 RBI and 10 runs through 12 games in 2022.

Bohm went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a sacrifice fly during Wednesday's 9-6 win over the Rockies.

The bottom of the order delivered for Philadelphia on Wednesday, as Bohm and Johan Camargo drove in six runs from the No. 7 and No. 8 spots. It was Bohm's third consecutive start at third base, and he should continue to see regular chances after a hot start to the season with a 1.197 OPS.

Bell was removed from Wednesday's loss to Arizona after his left knee tightened up and will undergo an MRI on Thursday, Jesse Dougherty of The Washington Post reports.

Bell was pulled from Wednesday's contest after three innings with no obvious injury, but he apparently felt his knee tighten up while playing first base. The 29-year-old seems likely to be out of the lineup Thursday following the MRI, and he should be considered day-to-day for the time being. Maikel Franco took over at first base and could see more time there should Bell be forced to miss any time.

Bell was removed from Wednesday's game after three innings against the Diamondbacks with a potential injury, Dan Kolko of MASN Sports reports.

Bell doubled in his lone plate appearance and was thrown out at home plate, and he may have suffered an injury attempting to avoid the tag. The team has yet to make an injury announcement, so it's unclear exactly what prompted the 29-year-old's removal from the contest.
