Michael Toglia 1B | COL
Rockies' Michael Toglia: Sent back to Triple-A
Colorado optioned Toglia to Triple-A Albuquerque on Friday, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
Toglia has posted high-level power totals in the minors and showed some promise during his first taste of major-league action last season, but he was slashing just .174/.240/.217 in 25 plate appearances with the Rockies since being recalled May 15. Nolan Jones will join the big-league club in a corresponding roster move.

Yandy Diaz 1B | TB
Rays' Yandy Diaz: Back in lineup Friday
Diaz (personal) is back in the lineup for Friday's contest against the Dodgers, Kristie Ackert of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Diaz rejoined the Rays on Thursday after missing two games while tending to a personal matter, but this is his first start since Monday. He's batting leadoff and playing first base against Noah Syndergaard.

Yuli Gurriel DH | SD
Marlins' Yuli Gurriel: Double, triple in loss
Gurriel went 2-for-4 with a double, a triple, an RBI and a run scored in Thursday's loss to the Rockies.
Gurriel is now 10-for-16 with three extra-base hits (including two triples) in his last four games. He'd gone just 4-for-33 in his previous nine contests. The veteran first baseman is holding down a regular role for now as injuries in the outfield open up the DH spot for Garrett Cooper. Through 117 plate appearances this year, Gurriel is slashing a solid .299/.342/.458 with three home runs, 11 RBI and two stolen bases.

Ty France 1B | SD
Mariners' Ty France: Homers twice in return
France (wrist) went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs and a third run scored in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Athletics.
France missed Wednesday's game with a bruised left wrist, but he doesn't look any worse for wear. His pair of solo shots erased a two-run deficit, and he added the go-ahead run after reaching in the eighth inning on a fielder's choice. The first baseman has hit five homers this year, including three over his last two games. For the season, he's slashing .266/.344/.415 with 23 RBI, 30 runs scored and a stolen base through 49 contests.

LaMonte Wade 1B | CHW
Giants' LaMonte Wade: Three hits, steal in win
Wade went 3-for-5 with one RBI and a stolen base in Thursday's 5-0 win over the Brewers.
Since Wade left Monday's game versus the Twins early with a minor thumb issue, he's gone 7-for-14 (.500) over his last three games, reversing an 0-for-12 skid prior to the injury. This was his second three-hit effort of the season. He's played primarily at first base this season, slashing .277/.430/.468 with seven home runs, 16 RBI, 22 runs scored and two steals over 48 contests. Wade remains the Giants' preferred leadoff hitter versus right-handed pitchers.

Spencer Torkelson 1B | DET
Tigers' Spencer Torkelson: Good game in win
Torkelson went 2-for-3 with two walks, an RBI and a run scored in Thursday's win over the White Sox.
Torkelson and Riley Greene had identical stat lines from the third and fourth spots in the lineup. While Greene seems to be breaking out in his sophomore campaign, Torkelson hasn't seen the same level of success, as he's batting only .242 with a .681 OPS. Both figures are up from last year, however, and the 23-year-old has the talent to keep trending upward through the summer months. He also has multiple hits in three of his last six games.

Pete Alonso 1B | BAL
Mets' Pete Alonso: Fills box score Thursday
Alonso went 2-for-2 with a two-run home run, an additional run scored, a stolen base and two walks in Thursday's 10-1 win over the Cubs.
Alonso did a little bit of everything in his first multi-hit effort since April 27. While he lacked massive performances in that span, he hit safely in 17 of those 24 contests. The steal was his first of the campaign, while his homer was his major-league-leading 19th and his sixth in the last nine games. He's added 45 RBI, 35 runs scored and a .239/.341/.559 slash line through 51 contests overall.

Luke Raley RF | SEA
Rays' Luke Raley: Chipping in stolen bases
Raley went 0-for-2 with two walks, two runs scored and two stolen bases Thursday against the Blue Jays.
Raley didn't have a big game at first glance, though his pair of stolen bases gives him six on the campaign. He entered the season having failed to even attempt a stolen base across 144 career plate appearances. Raley is also a significant source of power production with 10 home runs and is a regular in the Rays' lineup against right-handed pitchers.
