Colt Keith 3B | DET
Tigers' Colt Keith: Goes deep again Tuesday
Keith 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and two additional runs scored in Tuesday's 9-8, 10-inning loss to the Guardians.
It's hard to believe that Keith was batting just .154 with no home runs at the end of April, as the rookie has turned it on since then. In 55 games from May onward, Keith is batting .294 with eight long balls and 27 RBI, and he has four homers and seven RBI over the last six contests alone. The 22-year-old was a high-upside prospect in the minors and he's starting to deliver on that promise in the majors, much to the delight of fantasy managers.

Brandon Drury 2B | LAA
Angels' Brandon Drury: Starting at third base
Drury is batting fifth and making his first start at third base since 2022 in Tuesday's game versus the Rangers.
With Luis Rengifo (wrist) on the 10-day injured list and Keston Hiura starting at second base, Drury is making his return to third. In the 2022 season, Drury made 67 starts at third base and 27 at second, but his subsequent 119 starts have all come at the keystone.

Gleyber Torres 2B | NYY
Yankees' Gleyber Torres: Rejoining lineup Tuesday
Torres (groin) is starting at second base and batting fifth Tuesday against the Rays.
Torres hasn't seen the field since Friday while batting groin soreness, but he's back in the starting nine for Tuesday's series opener in Tampa Bay. The 27-year-old batted .308 with a double and a homer in the seven games preceding the brief absence.

Kyle Farmer 3B | COL
Twins' Kyle Farmer: Still out of lineup
Farmer (finger) isn't part of the starting nine for Tuesday's game against The White Sox.
Farmer has primarily been a short-side platoon player for Minnesota this season, so his absence from the lineup on back-to-back nights with the Twins facing a right-handed pitcher isn't exactly out of the ordinary. However, Farmer exited Sunday's game against Houston after being hit by a pitch on his finger. Considering X-rays on his index finger came back negative, Farmer likely isn't dealing with anything more than bruising and soreness. The infielder could be back in the lineup as soon as Wednesday, with southpaw Drew Thorpe slated to start for Chicago.

Enmanuel Valdez 2B | BOS
Red Sox's Enmanuel Valdez: Sent down to minors
The Red Sox optioned Valdez to Triple-A Worcester on Tuesday, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.
Valdez had been seeing a good number of reps at second base, but the Red Sox have elected to replace him with the more versatile and right-handed hitting Jamie Westbrook. With Valdez now in the minors, David Hamilton's playing time should be on the upswing.

Jamie Westbrook 2B | BOS
Red Sox's Jamie Westbrook: Back in Boston
The Red Sox recalled Westbrook from Triple-A Worcester on Tuesday, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.
Westbrook will take Enmanuel Valdez's place on the Red Sox's active roster and is expected to provide the team with additional infield depth .The 29-year-old had his first-career MLB stint in June and went 4-for-18 with a homer and a double across 11 games.

Nicky Lopez 2B | CHW
White Sox's Nicky Lopez: Enjoying strong 15-game stretch
Lopez went 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI, a run scored and a stolen base Monday against the Twins.
Lopez has just a .607 OPS for the season, but he's in the midst of a very productive stretch. Across his last 15 games dating back to June 22, he's gone 15-for-43 with nine RBI, six runs scored and two stolen bases. Lopez is still hitting in the bottom third of the order and sitting against lefties, limiting his overall value.

Spencer Horwitz 1B | TOR
Blue Jays' Spencer Horwitz: Three more hits Sunday
Horwitz went 3-for-5 in Sunday's extra-inning win over the Mariners.
It's the second time in the last four games Horwitz has banged out three hits. The 26-year-old has been an on-base machine since joining the Blue Jays roster a month ago, slashing .329/.454/.481 with more walks (14) than strikeouts (13) in 97 plate appearance, and he's quickly become a fixture near the top of the batting order against right-handed pitching.
