Albies went 2-for-3 with a double, a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's win over the Padres.

Albies began his day with a double and later led off the fourth with a single before stealing second and coming around to score on a base hit from Matt Olson. Albies has notched a double in three straight games and now has four multi-hit efforts in July. The 27-year-old switch hitter heads into the break slashing .258/.312/.410 with eight homers, 44 RBI, 47 runs, eight steals and a 24:59 BB:K in 381 plate appearances.

Iglesias went 4-for-4 with two runs scored during Sunday's 8-5 loss to the Rockies.

Iglesias reached safely in all five of his plate appearances and tied a career high with four hits. The veteran second baseman has been integral to the Mets' turnaround, slashing .380/.417/.582 with three home runs, 14 runs, 16 RBI and an 8.3 percent K rate since joining the Mets' 26-man roster May 31.

Mauricio (knee) was cleared to begin running and hitting in late May, MLB.com reports.

Mauricio opened the season on the 60-day injured list after he tore the ACL in his right knee in December while playing in the Dominican Winter League. He underwent surgery in January and is facing a projected recovery timeline of 8-to-12 months, leaving the door open for the 23-year-old infielder to return from the IL in September. While Mets vice president of player development Andy Green said May 31 that "everything is progressing as it should" with regard to Mauricio's recovery, the organization won't have a clear idea on whether he'll be able to return from the IL in 2024 until later in the summer.

Turang went 1-for-5 with a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 9-3 win over the Nationals.

Turang has struggled at the plate in July, going 9-for-48 (.188) over his first 13 games this month. That's also put a damper on his best attribute, his speed, as he's been able to log just two steals on three attempts in that span. Turang has 30 thefts on 35 attempts this year -- good for second in the majors behind only the Reds' Elly De La Cruz -- while adding six home runs, 38 RBI, 45 runs scored and a .277/.341/.390 slash line through 93 contests.

Garcia was scratched from Sunday's lineup with a sore left shoulder, but he should be fine when the second half opens Friday at home against the Reds, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Manager Davey Martinez said the training staff looked at Garcia and didn't find anything to be concerned about. Ildemaro Vargas got the nod at the keystone in Garcia's absence.

The Nationals scratched Garcia from the lineup for Sunday's game in Milwaukee for an unspecified reason.

Expect the Nationals to provide an explanation behind Garcia's removal from the starting nine later Sunday. Ildemaro Vargas will replace Garcia at second base and will bat seventh.

India (knee) will start at second base and bat leadoff in Sunday's game against the Marlins.

India suffered a left knee contusion in Saturday's 10-6 win and was lifted from the game after three innings, but his presence in the lineup a day later suggests his early exit was likely just precautionary. Assuming India can get through Sunday's game unscathed, he'll have ample time to rest up over the All-Star break before the Reds return to action next Friday in Washington.

Hoerner went 3-for-8 with a walk, a run scored and an RBI across both games of Saturday's doubleheader against the Cardinals.

The Cubs got swept in the twin bill while being outscored 16-7, but Hoerner did his best to spark some offense and reached base twice in each contest. The 27-year-old infielder extended his hitting streak to 10 games in the process, a stretch in which he's slashing .375/.426/.425 with two doubles, six runs and eight RBI. Hoerner hasn't even attempted a stolen base since June 27 however, and his 14 steals through 88 games is a mild disappointment after he swiped 43 bags in 2023.

Marte went 2-for-3 with two walks, one RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Saturday's 12-1 win over the Blue Jays.

Marte earned his third multi-hit effort in his last four games. The second baseman is batting .297 (11-for-37) with three steals over 10 games in July as he continues to provide well-rounded offensive production from the top-third of the order. Overall, Marte has 18 home runs, six steals, 53 RBI, 63 runs scored and a .288/.359/.506 slash line across 404 plate appearances this season.

Garcia went 2-for-2 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Saturday's 6-5 win against the Brewers.

Garcia was absent from Saturday's starting nine after starting the previous eight games, but he replaced Trey Lipscomb as a pinch hitter in the seventh and cut Washington's deficit in half with a solo homer. It was the 24-year-old's 11th long ball of the campaign, four of which have come in July. Through 12 games this month he's hitting .415 with seven extra-base hits, nine runs and nine RBI.
